The apartment is small, but compact and has everything you need. The car is free in the yard and the bus runs right next door. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. Warmly welcome. Excellent location in the idyllic park -like area just off the center traffic noise. Beach track and services nearby. The newly completed air-conditioned apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and all the comforts. Experience the wonderful peace of the stone house and the atmospheric environment. Bus/railway station (760 m) and airport (ca. 1 km) are easy to reach. Main shopping center & marketplace 400 meters away. Beds in the bedroom can be separated. Living room has a double sleeper (size=140*200 cm) and a short sofa for one who is under 170cm tall. Wifi, free parking, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom & Sauna add luxury.

Enjoy the ease of life at this peaceful, centrally-located place. The space in the apartment is 40.5 m². Just a street crossing, and you're at a market square where you can enjoy the early days of unhurried life and the market hall. Market kiosks give you local specialties.
