Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Brand new kitchen, equipped with an oven, fridge and dishwasher. Fully stocked. The bed is a king size memory foam mattress on a bed frame made from old beams from a dairy barn. The art loft is one of the most beautiful spaces in Laramie. It is full of light and space. Designed as a passive solar apartment it is cool in the summer and warm and sunny in the winter. The furnishings are kept tastefully minimal to set off the feel of space but also to draw attention to the artwork. This lodging is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath fully furnished apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Inside, you'll notice a celebration of Wyoming culture. Used exclusively as a guest house, it features modern conveniences, privacy, and unique Western decor -- a perfect getaway. Note: There is a basement apartment below with a separate entrance that is rented out to someone we trust. The renter does have a dog. Check in at 3 pm or later; check out at 11 am.
