Our stay was a dream to be in. Francesca and Francesco have created a wonderful place, are likeable people and great hosts. We were warmly welcomed and received all the necessary information. From the first moment, we felt at home and were able to freely explore the lovingly designed grounds and also enjoy them in privacy. The contact with other guests was also pleasant and respectful. The rooms are rustic and tastefully furnished and exude a special charm. The view will take your breath away. The journey to Poderracio is correspondingly adventurous (switchbacks and narrow, bumpy road). All products, such as the breakfast basket, are super delicious and of high quality. In addition, we received freshly harvested vegetables (zucchini, beetroot, onions and garlic) from Francesca. During the stay, we were invited to bake pizza together in the private rooms and enjoyed a wonderful evening. THANKS!

If I could move in here permanently, I would. What a gorgeous stay with responsive and respectful hosts. Everything was as described, the hot tub was glorious, and we loved looking through the binder of photos of painstaking restoration over the years.

I can not say enough about Alessandra and her amazing land! It was the most magical place we have ever been to. We are taking a 3 month trip, hitting up 21 cities in Europe and this is BY far the best! She was so kind and took us shopping and back to our train! She was always there when we needed her.thank you Alessandra we will see you next year!

Fantastic property, not new but really well kept and looked after. Spectacular outside space with grape vines over a pergola. Pool was a lot bigger than expected and a nice touch. Fabulous greeting and a welcome basket with local treats and Angiolo’s wine. Great location for touring Tuscany. We would definitely go back!

We were a family with teenagers in the accommodation for a week and couldn't have found a better place. Everything was exactly as described. Due to the room in the attic, which was very well air-conditioned, there was always the possibility of retreating. The place was sparkling clean. There was no slightest fault. We were very warmly welcomed by Daniele and his family and personally said goodbye. There were a whole range of tips for restaurants and excursions. I can really recommend the beautiful house without reservation. We felt very comfortable, thank you very much.

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation is beautifully located, high above Pistoia – about 30 minutes away – in the pleasantly cool mountains, which was ideal in the summer temperatures. Even though the well-known cities of Tuscany are a little further away, the location was perfect for us. Daniele and Alessandra were very hospitable, always available and gave us many valuable tips about the area. We have grown very fond of Pistoia during this time. The combination of the quiet, natural location of the bnb and the lively, charming city life was just right for us. The area is ideal for motorcycle, scooter or bicycle tours: winding mountain roads, magnificent views and many small, old villages that invite you to discover them. Thank you!! We can absolutely recommend it! Everything is as described in the text and as shown in the photos. Located about 2 km outside the totally cute village of Casole de Elsa. Andrea + Barbara provided all the necessary information for the journey and many great tips on site, always with the corresponding links. For example, our arrival was delayed to about 10:15 pm due to traffic. Was no problem, we were in contact and when we arrived, Andrea personally received us. And if we had a question during our stay, an answer always came very quickly. (Where is the best place to park in Siena, how do you best get to Florence, ...)

The pictures don’t do the beauty of the space justice. Maria, the housekeeper who lives in the basement unit was very discrete. Dawn was our host and set us up some incredible reservations, as well as helped us with a transportation issue. The view is otherworldly off the back porch, which overlooks olive trees. There are many adorable tortoises that live in the backyard and are very fun to watch. Close drive from the tram as well as many incredible restaurants. Take the cooking class with Maria!!! It was a trip highlight. If you stay here, you will definitely want a car.

My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

Very nice quiet accommodation in Tuscan flair. Great complex with pool and great views. Quickly in Florence and on the roads to the excursion destinations. Definitely recommend! We'll be back. :)

Beautiful house, a short walk from the Piazzale Michelangelo for a stunning viewpoint. Francesca is an amazing host, very friendly and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, and the air conditioning worked very well. She gave us lots of recommendations and information on the area too. The area itself is incredibly peaceful and you can enjoy a quiet evening in the beautiful garden. We would come back again!

We loved staying at Elisa’s place - so lovingly restored and a truly special place. Beautiful setting and we loved hanging out in the garden on the sun loungers in the peaceful surroundings. Being able to say hello to their dogs and having their sweet cats in the garden made it feel like home to us. Easy parking nearby. Thank you so much!

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful Airbnb which was thoughtfully restored to reflect the history of the area. You won’t want to leave. We explored Certaldo Alto and Montefioralle- both amazing sites. The pool area was perfection and we couldn’t get enough of the landscape! Couldn’t stayed a week!!!

This has been the standout accommodation of our Italian tour so far. The photos do not show how amazing this place is. It’s on a vineyard and olive farm with the option for breakfasts (which were fabulous) and we also had a shred meal with others at the accommodation on one night. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere set to be relaxed with several courses taken over a few hours and flowing local wines. The apartment was beautiful and spacious with a very comfortable bed room. We ate in on a few nights and the kitchen was well equipped for making food. Anna was exceptional as a host always very helpful and with such a cheerful positivity. We chose to be away from the main towns to have a peaceful recharge and this accommodation gave us exactly that. Take a walk through the vineyards and capture a sunset that will be etched into your memories. Thanks again Anna for a wonderful stay ❤️

The perfect place to explore Chianti each day. We stayed 5 nights and it was just perfect. Great amenities, beautiful pool, bbqs and lovely areas to sit and enjoy the views and the sunset. Always fabulous to come home to. Our upstairs apartment was spacious, comfortable and all we required with a lovely view. We had great recommendations from Silvia which we followed up on. Great to have restaurants nearby. Reasonable- highly recommend.

Corte in Poggio was a wonderful location for a quiet getaway in the Tuscan hills. Conveniently located with reasonable driving distances to Florence, Pisa, Lucca etc. Very peaceful , great host and guests. It is great and welcoming for families. The house, surrounding grounds and pool facilities are meticulously maintained. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and the hospitality provided by Corte In Poggio.

Alessandro welcomed us with great patience and kindness. A very friendly host that we will be happy to meet again next year. My daughter thanks him for finding her blanket after we left, yet another proof of his kindness.

We absolutely loved our stay and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the food was delicious and the apartment was a great size with all the amenities we needed. Eva's place is absolute heaven. We stayed for 10 days with our two small children (1 and 4) and had the most wonderful time. The apartment is perfect – beautifully decorated with everything catered for. The outside garden and terrace is great for eating with amazing views. And the pool is also wonderful – we had it to ourselves the whole time we were there. We couldn't recommend this place more! Thank you, Eva and family!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property in Reggello! The hosts were so warm and communicative—they greeted us upon arrival and gave us a full walkthrough of the home! The view was stunning, and the pool was beautiful and very clean. Aldo even came by each morning to clean it before we used it, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything in the house worked perfectly—the Wi-Fi was fast, all the appliances and lighting functioned well, and we had no issues during our stay. The drive from Florence was easy (we had a rental car), and it made exploring nearby wineries and towns super convenient. We also LOVED their on-site farmers market. It was their own personal setup with wines, olive oil, jams, and other homemade goods -- plus fresh produce like eggs, garlic, artichoke, & shallots, which they generously offered free of charge. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic escape in the Tuscan countryside!

Beautiful, and peaceful…just the singing of swallows in the morning. Everything you want to wake up to in the morning….a beautiful view, the option of a morning swim, and a baker who delivers. I’d advise getting up with the sunrise and sitting on the terrace with your coffee, the birds and the mountains. Francesca is super flexible and helpful for everything. It’s a few minutes drive from Barga which, although is small, has several excellent restaurants
