It’s 15 min to Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks, 20 minutes from St Petersburg Beach and other great beaches. The owner has a studio in the garage, so maybe it could be occupied by other guests during your stay. But don't worry, the studio has a completely independent entrance. Pool and Patio is privete, but you shared parking lot and laundry room.
