Very homey and welcoming. Family enjoyed celebrating time together in all spaces of the house, especially the back patio where our young child made believe on the well-designed pirate ship. Friendly, kind host. We walked to adorable Rockridge and BART many times. Highly recommended.

What a lovely house! In particular we enjoyed the expansive and fully-fenced outdoor space with our doggos and kiddos - pictures don't really quite do it justice. The pool house worked as a separate nest for the teenagers, while adults used the two bedrooms in the main building. Location is pretty perfect, with just a 5min drive to Sonoma downtown and easy access to main roads. Our host was extremely communicative, and even helped return an item we forgot at the house promptly and without delay. Hope to visit again!

The Hidden Gem is what it truly is…..a hidden gem! So beautifully decorated and furnished and so private. You are surrounded by lush greenery and complete quiet except for the birds and the rooster. What you saw on line in pictures is exactly what you got. We all enjoyed every minute. Thank you again for helping to make our niece’s graduation event so memorable. Nancy was great in her responsiveness. Would highly recommend.

The Treehouse was a perfect getaway for a family of 8 adults and one child. Surroundings were beautiful. Nature was plentiful. The place had great amenities, kitchen well stocked, and the pool and hot tub one of a kind of !! We all had a great stay !!!

Our stay worked great for the 3 days of golfing. We were able to use the hot tub in the evening and the place had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and clean when we arrived. The house had lots of space to kick out and relax. It is defiantly a feel at home place and things are well kept. Nicole was always quick to respond to any question we had. Great host!

We had a wonderful stay at Chantelle's home. The location is ideal--tucked away on a quiet street and only 5 minutes away from Sonoma Square. We absolutely plan to rent her home again--it's perfect!

Really beautiful views from every light filled room. The winding mountain road and flora along the way were a memorable part of the trip. Beds and linen were nice.

This little treehouse cottage was a fantastic stay, and a beautiful home! Everything was clean, and it had a cozy bed, great water pressure, and dedicated parking; all huge benefits. Not a bad drive into San Francisco. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I’d recommend an upgrade to the WiFi, but short of that … the property was perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

What an absolute pleasure to stay at Jewel on the Avenue!! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you could want for a group get away. It’s also perfectly located near downtown. We were initially using San Anselmo as a home base to visit a couple places around the area but we ended up spending a good amount of time downtown. San Anselmo is so lovely!! very quiet with beautiful view. hosts were very responsive. place is very clean with modern appliances in working order , washer and dryer are very efficient and quiet. I have back pain and the bed is very comfortable. it is easy and safe to park on the property.

Many livable spaces for two people, 2 living rooms with tv, outside little deck looking over the trees, well stocked, great location near the Civic Center for events, close to downtown San Rafael, and easy short distance on and off the 101. Quite neighborhood, hardly any cars. Would highly recommend and I have stayed in a few Air B n B's in Marin.

This is the second time we have stayed at Yvan’s. The location is perfect for our family’s needs. Having a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance is very helpful! While it’s not a problem for us, there are many stairs to the entrance. Overall, it’s a very nice place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week plus stay at Christina's house which was perfectly located to enjoy our time in the Bay Area. The description matched our experience and Christina was very responsive and clear with instructions. There was also a thorough guest book that really helped our planning since we brought our dog on this adventure. Finally, the nice deck and yard access was great for outdoor relaxing and letting the dog get some fresh air. We would definitely stay here again when back in the area and strongly recommend this option to others.

Marianne has created a beautiful oasis for guests to relax and recharge. As a fellow airbnb superhost for the past 15 years I can truly say this was the most well stocked and appointed airbnb that I have stayed in. Aspirational. 5 stars all around. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Casita Casita, the kids had so much fun in the pool and the kitchen was beautiful. On the last day, my six year old didn’t want to leave, she said she wished we could live there forever. It was super clean and when I did have a question, Courtney replied almost immediately. She was super great to work with, she sent us the house guide before our arrival and it included food recommendations. There was also a book printed guide which we actually referenced a lot! So that was helpful. The location is EXTREMELY walkable, we had fun walking to local shops and restaurants and the local park and bocci ball court.

Paulas place is beautiful and relaxing. Lots of great amenities. She was very responsive and kind. Highly recommended

Great stay! Having the free hot tub use and discount at the spa was wonderful, and the space was very clean! The parking was a bit tricky so we ended up parking on the street , we had a bit of a larger vehicle. Very convenient that there was a washer and dryer available! One note - it would have been great to have a toaster available for use

It was so wonderful in the Treehouse! We will be back - we had wonderful family time with two grown kids (following our son's college graduation!). We love Marin County and the scenery, hiking, towns, food, sunshine was restorative. Truly, though, the house was the star - cozy but plenty of room, beautifully appointed and decorated, amazing location and views, walk to town and trails with expansive views ... we can't wait to be there again! Job’s place is a true gem. The pictures dont do the place justice. Its beautfully decorated with excellent amenites both in and outside the house. The view is unbeatable and the locaion is so peaceful. The pool house was one of the top highlights. Job was a very helpful host and super responsive to our requests. I can not say enough about how rejuvinating it was to stay at Matt's stunning home in Mill Valley. Our ONLY regret was that we did not stay for long enough. Matt is extremely kind, open and responsive. Waking up in the trees, taking a dip in the tub with morning coffee, and watching the deer walk by was our favorite past time. We took afternoon walks along the tree lined trail right in the back yard which was an incredible perk. Once you are there, you never truly never want to leave. The beds are extremely comfortable, water pressure is great and the home is stocked with all the amenities you might need. We stopped at Whole Foods on our way in to stock up for the first few meals --- we were so glad we did that and highly recommend. The house is located up the winding roads and then 100 stairs to climb up, but that is what makes it the spectaular experience it is. We can't wait to get back. Thank you, Matt!
