We spent 2 nights at Rosanna's to attend a friend's wedding in Pont-Aven. The accommodation offered by Rosanna is ideally located to reach the city center of Pont-Aven on foot, while being away from it and having a parking space. Rosanna takes great care to welcome her guests in a very neat and well-equipped accommodation. Everything is easy, everything is great. I recommend it without hesitating!

Wonderful stay! Olivier was very kind and provided great local tips – from the nearest supermarket to beautiful hiking trails and good restaurants. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located for exploring the area. I truly appreciated the warm welcome and helpful communication throughout. Highly recommended!

Well-equipped, very clean apartment. Short distance to the beach and to the shops, or restaurants. Private parking in front of the property. Very friendly and helpful reception. Very quiet location. We can only recommend this apartment and will definitely come back.

Very good stay, 2 beaches directly accessible on foot in 5 min, close to shops. Quiet residence with private parking (numbered spaces). Apartment recently refreshed with care. Watch your head (crawling) on the mezzanine part. The bay window could have been cleaned, the garden furniture too + some kitchen items but nothing catastrophic. Simply areas for improvement. Relationship with the concierge impeccable. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a pleasant stay in this cozy, clean and nicely decorated accommodation. The reality matches the photos. The outdoor space is a plus for having breakfast or an aperitif. Easy to park too. Sébastien is very welcoming and has good tips for discovering the region. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very well located accommodation in the lively, comfortable and very pleasant center. A little noise in the street at night but it was not a surprise, it is indicated and logical given the location. Céline was very available, adapted to our arrival and departure schedules without difficulty. She was very good at advising on restaurants and activities in the area. Everything about it is excellent The house is impeccable and very nice with all the equipment for a great stay. The garden is very nice and there is a large terrace for eating out. there is an awning to protect yourself from the sun and a small sheltered area for the aperitif. We returned to this cozy little house, with impeccable comfort and cleanliness and, like the first time, we had a great time there. This rental is to be recommended without any hesitation, the enclosed and perfectly maintained garden allows the first rays of sun to enjoy the calm and the enviro nnente nature of the most beautiful of manners. Perfect for access to the sea and visits to Carnac and its surroundings. Small cozy house perfectly equipped, tidy and clean, we didn't miss anything.

Very beautiful house with large spacious bedrooms that have their own bathroom. The common room is large too. The house is not easy to find in the countryside of Carnac and landlocked between several houses. In the absence of lively outings on Carnac Plage (3km away), there is a nightclub not far away. Ideal for a rather relaxing and sunny weekend.

We spent 4 days in Mathieu's house for a family reunion. Mathieu is welcoming, responsive and attentive. The house is very comfortable, clean with quality services. The jacuzzi is a very nice one. We immediately felt at home. We will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises.

Had a lovely stay, the apartment is located in front of the beach and the coastal path which is very nice to walk around and close to several sights. The accommodation is clean, well maintained and spacious and the receptionists were very friendly.

Comfortable beds, wish the second bedroom had a toilet. Well equipped kitchen, could have used some paper towels and additional dish washer tabs. Great view of the harbor. Cold upon arrival, but the apartment warmed up quickly.

Very nice apartment, well located with a good bakery right next door, very convenient for breakfast. 😁 Camille was always responsive. 😁
