House had plenty of room was clean.And conveniently located to downtown

Very nice spacious. The parking was perfect we brought a trailer to help our brother move into the base at Fort Knox and had plenty of space. It was very clean! The only thing we didn’t like was the missing blinds in the living room we felt like the neighbors could see inside. It did look like they may have had them at one time and maybe they are being replaced. All other rooms had blinds/curtains so I am sure they are working on it.

So perfectly homey!!! We loved our stay. Beds are so comfy, bathrooms were new and clean, basement was fun for all with ping pong and games!! We really enjoyed it!

This is a great place to, peaceful would highly recommended would stay again !!!

A very nice place. Very comfortable beds slept great. House is clean and is spacious. Conveniently located easy to get to Churchill Downs, the Bourbon Trail, Mammoth Cave and a Lincoln’s birthplace. We enjoyed our stay would recommend and next time we are in the area would stay there again.

We had a great stay. The host was very friendly and was helpful and fixable with checking in we made it a hour early and it was no problem with checking in a little bit early. The house was beautiful and as it is listed in a peaceful location and look just like the photo that are place on the site. I would definitely recommend you booking if you in the area, I would definitely book again. 😍

The communication was easy and timely. We arrived at night with no issues and were very surprised to wake up in the morning and look out the window to giant yards and beautiful fall trees! The amenities were wonderful and the snacks were delicious. The space is very cozy and well taken care of, loved it!

If I could leave more than 5 stars for extra credit, I would. It was an incredibly peaceful stay. The horses were serene. The dogs were so so friendly. My 10 year old LOVED the tree house and the creek. (She wants a creek in our yard now. lol) The space was exactly as described, looks just like the photos. All the comforts of home. The kitchen had any dishes, pots, pans, containers, foil, etc. you could possibly want to use. And so CLEAN! And Tracy and her family are the most lovely people. I enjoyed getting to know them. I highly recommend staying here!!!!

Excellent value and I would rent this property again when we are in town. Host was very flexible and attentive. When there was a maintenance issue with the pool the host and the apartment complex handled it quickly with constant communication. The pool and the common area were clean and free of clutter etc.

The place was perfect for my bach party during Kentucky derby weekend. Especially with booking the top room as well. There was a door that combined both air bnbs. It was so helpful being able to go back and forth for both of my groups that were staying in their respective rooms. Amazing host no complaints on the stay what so ever. The only issue I ever see arising with this place is parking if you have people you don’t know stay in the other apartment. Definitely max of 4 cars fit in the driveway. And the sound levels for the bottom residents. But it is described in the description so if you complain about it then that’s on you for booking it knowing the situation. Loved the golf course right down the road. Good restaurants and walkable pizza shop and liquor store. Really was a great weekend with my friends and I thank Shaalim for being so responsive during the 10 months we communicated back and forth when I booked.

Marrianna was a wonderful host and great with communication. She was able to accommodate our late check in and was helpful with recommendations and making sure we didn't need anything. The house was as described and we appreciated that it was so reasonably priced. We'd stay here again if we're in the area.

Overall very nice and clean and very close to Kentucky Down Under! We highly recommend eating at 5 Broke Girls in Horse Cave. This is our 2nd trip to the area and 5 Broke Girls was our first stop! We will definitely stay at Kayla’s again if it’s available!

We mainly were in the area for an unfortunate reason (a funeral). Even though it rained every day, we were grateful to stay at this lovely property and be present for our friends. The rainfall did not dampen our spirits or prevent us from enjoying the area. The hospitality and amenities here made our stay comfortable. We will cherish the quality time spent with our friends during this difficult period. Although the circumstances were sad, the memories made will stay with us forever.

Excellent communication from the host! The house was clean and comfortable. The host has provided lots of thoughtful details such as charging cables, cozy throw blankets, and labels on the light switches. Nearest grocery stores are 25-30 minutes away, so stock up on provisions before you get there.

The cabin at Cub Run was a perfect get away for our family! It is a beautiful, clean cabin with everything we needed and more! Kevin was great with communication and we had all of our check in and check out information in a timely manner. It was about a 45 minute drive to the Mammoth Cave visitor center and we loved sitting around the campfire in the evening. There are neighbors nearby but it was very peaceful and quiet. If we head back to the area we would definitely stay there again!
