Functional, bright, pleasant apartment to live in for 5 with spaces for everyone. Well-equipped. We enjoyed the proximity of the beach on foot as well as by car the possibility of visits (Cabo del Gato, Tabernas desert, white villages, and beaches: Monsul...). Very satisfied with our stay. El Balcon is part of a new development on the hill of Las Negras, far enough to only hear the sea and in our case a construction going on close by. But that even was very mild. The pool is salty instead of chloride which is really nice. Everything is comfy and works as advertised.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at La Campana. We were a girls trip of 12 people and the house was perfectly set up for a big group, it was above and beyond our expectations and we didn’t want to leave! Carmen was super helpful and welcoming, and very proactive in making sure we had all the information we needed. Couldn’t recommend more.
