We traveled as a family, we had an incredible time, the house has a very nice view. Roberto and Mrs. Mary's service is of a very good level, always attentive in everything. They make you feel like home.

The house is incredible, very nice and cared for, with excellent facilities and security, the cleaning lady is very friendly and cooperative, the place is very private, safe and with beautiful green areas, very close to the beach and restaurants, very spacious bedrooms.

A totally pleasant stay since the house has everything you need to not leave, in addition to an unbeatable location, very clean and tidy, the host is always attentive and very friendly, I recommend it 100%.

We loved the stay and the accommodation, but our dogs loved it. We swim in the lagoon with them every day. We went to the beach, which is literally across the street. Overall, our stay was very good. The place was clean and tidy, and the pool is a good size, perfect for relaxing. The view is spectacular, it really is one of the highlights of the house. The service was excellent, always very friendly and willing to help us with what we needed. As a suggestion, we felt that the entrance and pool area could benefit from a little more lighting. We also noticed that the refrigerator and air conditioning sometimes made some noise, but overall, everything was great. We would definitely recommend this place!

The house is spacious, the beds are good and the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and the hammock! Everyone slept well and had a good time!

it is the second time staying in the Lourdes accommodation and there is no doubt that I would come back for a third time, the swimming pool very large for swimming and spending time as a family, the amenities of the house like billiards and soccer make you not want to leave the house, perfect for making a roast meat or going out to eat at the many restaurants that are close to the accommodation. Everything was very good, we had bad weather and yet we were able to enjoy the stay because the house is so complete. There is a lot of commerce nearby, the area feels very quiet and safe.

Excellent communication and both Carlos and Victor are always attentive. They were always in communication to make sure everything was perfect during our visit. Carlos was always attentive, especially because unfortunately the weather did not favor us much during our visit, however everything we needed was resolved. The house, the rooms, the amenities, the sea, the food and the service was simply all in degree of absolute excellence. Everything was at a level we didn't even imagine. Our return is final!

The house is amazing, it has all the services in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms. We were a large group and we were all very comfortable in the house. The living room is very spacious with good sound equipment, the pool has a very nice view of the sea, the pool water is super good, as the weather is hot in Acapulco, you feel it is super refreshing, in the upper part the play area is very cool, we could be there playing Ping pong with background music as it also has a TV The truth is, the house is very nice, the cleaning ladies are very kind and Ivan is always on the lookout for anything I recommend it 100%. I would definitely go again.

Our stay was simply spectacular. The house is beautiful, spacious, impeccable and with a view that leaves you breathless. Every corner is designed for rest and enjoyment: private pool, comfortable spaces, elegant decoration and all the comforts you can imagine. But what really made the difference was the attention and service, especially Chef Karina. Her seasoning is extraordinary: every meal was delicious, it was like being in a luxury restaurant... but in the comfort of the house! Mary Carmen is super attentive, I definitely recommend her 100%
