The truth is that the apartment is very nice and well equipped, the location, access to the beach, the pool and the shops nearby are a plus that the apartment has. I would definitely wash it again.

We rented this apartment so we could be with our daughter and her family for a vacation at the beach. The apartment was a great fit for the 7 of us and it was well equipped to meet our needs. It was a lovely place to be and the pool by the beach provided not only a beautiful place to swim, but the ability to see and hear the ocean. There was beach access also. Beto was extremely attentive and responsive to the needs that came up..an excellent host. We would definitely return.

If you are looking for a quiet and clean place to rest, Miguel Angel's apartment is what you need, accessible, beautiful, good location in the Punta Diamante area next to the island, leaving the subdivision there is a Chedraui which helps you a lot if you want to cook something... the pools were very nice, clean and well maintained, the beach is a 10 minute walk but within the subdivision there are carts that take you there at no cost... Samantha's accommodation matched the photos, it is an apartment but it is very spacious, it has 5 very spacious bedrooms all with functional air conditioning, the views from the accommodation are very good. The dining room is very spacious and there is another one on the terrace, which is very pleasant to hang out in. The residence has an elevator to access the parking lot or the pool, which is spacious and does not have heating but you can swim comfortably. The kitchen section has everything you need to prepare food, all very functional. You can access a beach from the private beach club-style accommodation. To access the apartment you go through 3 entrances but with the indications it is easy to access, on the street to enter the subdivision there is a gas station and an Oxxo. A Walmart and a Sams are less than 10 minutes away. Definitely an excellent accommodation. Everything was great during our stay. I would definitely rent it again

The apartment is very nice and clean, it matches the photos but being there was even better. The location is very accessible, as well as the staff in the condominium. Mr. Francisco very kindly sent us the weather forecast, which apparently was going to be kind of bad that weekend, and offered to change the date. In the end, we took the risk of going and everything was excellent. We will definitely return to the accommodation 😃

There was a remote missing from one of the TVs and we didn't even notice. He took the initiative and bought a new one. The next day it arrived, despite not needing it.
