Apartment holiday rentals in Las Catalinas

It was one of our best stays! It's a very clean unit with an amazing view. The kitchen is well equipped with various pots and pens and appliances. The beds were comfy to my surprise and we all slept like babies. The pool was great and clean. They also had pool noodles, beach chairs, cooler and snorkeling equipment. Lennis was just great! she is super kind and the communication was very good. Definitely recommended.

You will not regret staying here. My boyfriend and I had an unforgettable experience here in cocoa. The view really is that good & the pictures really are accurate. We came during the off season and got great weather, little rain but mostly sunny, and we are already rebooking during peak season. We fell in love with Costa Rica here. Thank you Dean! Lovely condo we will be revisiting soon! If you come you have to go to the restaurant Mar Azul right down the street walking distance! Incredible food great service.

La Villa est grandiose! Les espaces extérieurs sont exceptionnels! La piscine, les singes, la douche extérieure tout est bien pensé! On se sent seul au monde! Tout est magnifique et l’hôte donne un service incroyable! Réservez, ça vaut le détour!

Had a good stay at Lucas' place. Its a cosy, simple apartment that has everything you need, away from the noise of the centre but walking distance to the centre avenue and the beach. There is a good gym nearby that offer weekly and daily passes (if that's your thing). There's also supermarkets nearby if you need to stock up. Lucas himself is super friendly and always responsive. From the moment I booked his place, to the moment I left. He also owns a surf shop, which I recommend checking out. I went kayaking and surfed for the first time ever! Which was tough, but good fun. Overall it was a great stay and I'd happily do it again. Pura Vida 🤙🏼

Great location, responsive hosts and perfect home away from home. Easy to explore the local area, while still be close by.

Karene's place is absolutely amazing. The space was clean and spacious, very private and peaceful. One great experience I had: I was sitting by the pool and in the forest I got to see a bunch of howler monkeys in the trees. Karene's place is about a 20 minute walk to the center of town, I used the electric scooters which make it much easier to get around. The beach is also very close. Overall it's a great place to stay if you're visiting Tamarindo.

Nadia and Ronny were absolutely great hosts and staff. Nadia was always there for any questions or recommendations where she would help with anything you needed. The property was amazing! So clean and nice just like the photos. Ronny was right there to clean and help with anything you needed at the room. The balcony was great too because you saw the beautiful sun rises and sun sets. The pool was so nice and clean too. The property was a straight shot to the beach and right there next to the restaurant & Bar scene. Groceries were close too. The kitchen was perfect for that too. The bathroom and shower were perfect after a long day at the beach or hiking the jungles. This place made my CR trip so exciting. It was really easy for shuttles to find for pick up so I got to do a bunch of activities. Plus a big drive way if you rent cars, trucks or motorcycles or even ATVs. It was really close to everything and all the tenants were really nice and chill. Overall an incredible time here. 10/10

We absolutely love this place. This is our second year in playa Potrero. We have looked at multiple places in the area. This is by far the best location. On the beach, it has an amazing view. It is also close enough to all of the restaurants and bars. No need for a car or golf cart unless you want to travel out of town. We have visited multiple beaches north and south of there. This is a place that we would chose hands down. We like a chill environment with good bars and restaurants in walking distance. This is it!

El lugar es increíble, mejor que lo se ve en las fotos, donde se ubica muy seguro y los alrededores en Hacienda Pinilla muy bonitos. Cuenta con todos lo necesario para una estadía cómoda y acogedora, La atención de Denise fue excelente, siempre atenta y muy proactiva, recomiendo 100% el alojamiento. Se pueden visitar diferentes playas a los alrededores y tiene una piscina muy bonita.

Beautiful second stay for us, grounds are amazing and very relaxing. Had a loud neighbor (music blaring) this visit- unit which was handled by messaging host- and next nights no issues. Much appreciated quick response and intervention. A/c in units functioned well and were welcomed for sleep as was quite humid and hot out! Until again!

The Delphin apartment was such a lovely place to stay in Las Catalinas! The place is well appointed and super conveniently located in town. Having access to the Beach Club was wonderful. The description and photos of the apartment capture the feel of being there. Also, the communication from management was top-notch. Highly recommended!

The place was perfect for our situation. We had a flight that was supposed to go to SJO and instead ended in Liberia, which resulted in us staying overnight. So we decided to have a few days in a beach town and stayed here. It was the perfect way to make lemonade out of lemons.

We had a wonderful experience in Las Catalinas. The place was beautiful and Diane was so helpful. Having access to the beach club was a wonderful bonus. We will definitely return. It’s absolutely beautiful there.

Great view, location, furnishings... overall great place! Like the one cup coffee maker- applying coffee for two cups / day would have been great and cooking oil too especially with the pricey (albeit very convenient) market across the street. No cloth kitchen towels; fortunately our host arranged for quick replacement of the paper variety. Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend highly!

Playa Conchal is one of the best beaches in Costa Rica & this apartment was ideal for our stay. it was luxurious with an amazing ocean view and next to the pool. With access to the beach club, we were able to enjoy Playa Conchal to the fullest. Josephine was an amazing host! We are eagerly looking forward to our next visit .

This place exceeded my expectations. Pictures don’t do justice. The restaurant at the top is AMAZING. Lizette, the person who received us, is a beautiful person and very knowledgeable. Don’t think twice to book this!!!!

Kathy’s condo was in the best location with walkability to the beach and many restaurants. Everything was convenient. This was my first time to Costa Rica and seems to be common but there was no hot shower. It was non issue for us because it was pretty hot daily but didn’t have it on the radar because I am from the US. Everything was great and the host was communicative. Would absolutely stay again!

La estadía donde Julliam, fue muy satisfactoria , empezando por la amabilidad y la comunicación con ella, nos dio mucha información de los lugares que podíamos visitar tanto en el día como en las actividades de la noche. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unos días, con seguridad tanto para los huéspedes como para tu vehículo, ambiente muy familiar. La ubicación es excelente, puedes desplazarte al centro de Tamarindo a pie sin ningún problema y la playa está súper cerca a 400mts, hay seguridad comunitaria lo cual da confianza para ello. Volvería a hospedarme sin duda alguna otra vez.

Un lugar perfecto para desconectar de la ciudad. tranquilo y una increíble vista, algunos puntos importantes de considerar. 1. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar, esta bien equivocada. 2. La comunicación con los anfitriones es muy buena y fluida, están pendiente a cualquier duda que tengas y la respuesta fue casi inmediata, muy amables y receptivo. 3. Fue fácil hacer el check in, y llegar al punto por waze. 4. Un lugar muy seguro 5. Después que pases Potrero Centro, el camino a transitar será de unos 8 a 10min en calle de lastre, puede que en invierno sea complicado para un automóvil, yo fui en un SUV y sin problema. En lo personal recomiendo el lugar, yo volvería cada vacaciones!
