Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Las Condes

Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. We were 6, very comfortable and happy.

The house is as shown in the images...very comfortable. As a suggestion, I would put a handrail on the stairs and still leave a spare key, because sometimes people want to go to different places. The rooms have an incredible view of the Andes, it's heated, the shower works well, in short, everything is perfect.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alejandra's place in Providencia from the moment I arrived, Alejandra made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located close to restaurants, public transport, and not far from some of the city’s attractions. What truly stood out was the Alejandra attention to detail and genuine hospitality. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable and even helped me navigate a few things in the apartment to get things working. It felt less like a rental and more like staying with a friend who cares. If you're planning a trip to Santiago Chile, I can't recommend this place enough, Five stars service all around.

The apartment is very comfortable, we felt very welcome, everything with a nice aroma and super clean, it had more than we needed. Ah! We love the water pressure in the shower!

Stayed here for 10 days while visiting friends from Santiago. Location is very good, fast access to main toll ways and also centric. Apartment has two full bedrooms and bathrooms, beautiful terrace. As happens in any Airbnb, couple of things that can be improved and I'm sure Melvis will take care of them soon. I'd definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Ana Paula’s apartment for a few weeks. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants, malls, supermarkets, and public transportation. The balcony also offers a very nice view. Ana Paula was always helpful and responsive throughout my stay. I highly recommend this apartment and host to anyone looking for a place to stay in Santiago.

The directions were clear, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The apartment was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was modern and functional, and the location turned out to be perfect for exploring the area: close to points of interest, public transport and with restaurant options nearby. In addition, Cris gave us local recommendations, which added a special touch to our experience. Certain gestures, such as a welcome bottle of wine or breakfast products, showed their commitment to making us feel at home.
