Power Generator/ cistern. Private apt close to beach and airport. 7 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes driving from airport and Old San Juan. Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.

Our unit is a 1 Bed/1 Bath/1 spacious living room facing the patio, located in Isla Verde Atlantic View with back-up generator and cisterns. It's about 7-9 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, grocery, beaches, restaurants. It's a very accessible location. You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.

The Wave Nest – Beachfront Escape for Couples

We had a great experience in PR and stay at the Wave Nest. Eric was always available to answer questions. Condo was as pictured—immaculate/nicely decorated. The location is within walking distance of 24-hr supermarket and lots of restaurants and nightlife. We enjoyed walks on the beach and cooking breakfast in the kitchen and having it in front of the TV on the dinette set. The shower had good water pressure/temp. The area can be tad noisy at night but to be expected in a “happening” area. The sound of the waves and AC provided white noise and we slept soundly. I should add, the bed was super comfy and the pillows firm/plush—also that we really appreciated the white bed linens (anything other than white linen is a no-no, lol). The only slight downside…parking was a little challenging. If you plan to Uber/Lyft, you’ll have no problem and will find good places to eat or go for a drink within walking distance. Other than the parking, our stay were great and deserving of 5 stars.

I would stay here again next time I'm in San Juan. It was pretty close to everything we wanted to do. Right in the middle. Clean, Cool, Comfortable,and she was very very nice the few times we ran into her. She left a folder with everything and anything we needed, also gave us complimentary keepsakes. 10/10
