Power Generator/ cistern. Private apt close to beach and airport. 7 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes driving from airport and Old San Juan. Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.

Welcome to our tropical haven, a 5-minute walk from the Beach, in a secure gated community. The apartment sits on the 2nd floor of our house with a private Balcony where you can enjoy the breeze. Step outside to discover the shared garden area with seating and lush fruit trees, including a delightful tamarind tree offering its delicious snacks. The place runs on solar power to be mindful of our footprint. This is our home, and we hope guests enjoy it, love it, and respect it as much as we do.

Our unit is a 1 Bed/1 Bath/1 spacious living room facing the patio, located in Isla Verde Atlantic View with back-up generator and cisterns. It's about 7-9 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, grocery, beaches, restaurants. It's a very accessible location. You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.

Walking distance to a white sandy beach and to the best hotspot for nightlife, restaurants and cocktail bars. 42” led TV. High Speed Wi-Fi Internet. Laundry with coin operated washing and drying machine. Casablanca is registered at the PR Tourism Company and follows the Health and Safety measures enacted in May 2020.
