Loft holiday rentals in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

estuvimos dos días en este piso fue como estar en casa tenía de todo lo que se necesita, el apartamento está totalmente nuevo y muy limpio, lo único malo que al ser tan céntrico es casi imposible aparcar, pero tiene el parking de puerto a 5€ diario , muy recomendable

L'appartement de Cherin est très bien placé proche de la plage de las Canteras et du parc Santa Catalina. Les instructions pour y accéder étaient très claires. Merci pour l'accueil!

Der Appartement war wie beschrieben. Ganz nahe zur Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand .Es war sehr ruhig.Vielleicht zu ruhig für Party Leute.Der Bus zum Flughafen ist 5 min zu Fuß.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, easy mit dem Bus erreichbar. Wir sind eine Woche geblieben und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine waren auf jeden Fall vorteilhaft. Im Garten hat auf uns jeden Abend eine süße Katze Missy gewartet. Juani war auch sehr sehr nett und bei Check in und Check Out hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Mit dem Bus kommt man wirklich überall, man braucht kein Auto zu mieten. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung und haben vor in den kommenden Jahren wiederzukommen! Man hat sich direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt.

El alojamiento es impresionante y la ubicación muy buena. Inmejorable para disfrutar de unos días tranquilos en la isla. Volveríamos.

He tenido un viaje de última hora de Tenerife a Gran canaria y he reservado en este loft en Telde. Ha sido una sabía decisión, ya que los anfitriones Antonio y Gabriel me han indicado muy bien todo para llegar y me han orientado bastante sobre los alrededores. Tiene mucho aparcamiento gratuito a 1 minuto del loft. Además, está en una urbanización muy tranquila y he podido descansar muy bien. Cama cómoda también. Destacar también que he llegado de noche y me han facilitado el acceso muy rápidamente y me han dejado agua y fruta de bienvenida. Justo al lado, a 1 minuto tiene un supermercado cafeteria muy conveniente ya que abre todo el día. Volveré 100%. Muchas gracias por todo.

El alojamiento de Tarina y Raúl es muy recomendable para pasar unos días en Las Palmas. Las fotos y la descripción coinciden con el alojamiento, que está muy cuidado y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones muy cerca de la Playa de las Canteras. La falta de aparcamiento no ha sido un problema ya que Tarina nos dio un montón de opciones y ha sido fácil encontrar aparcamiento en las inmediaciones. También teníamos algo de preocupación por el ruido, por tratarse de una zona céntrica y en carnavales, pero hemos descansado sin problema todas las noches, ni un ruido. Nos vemos a la próxima!

Had wonderful holidays here. We originally booked Home2Book but found a huge roach in the kitchen hence booked this place (If you come across with their property, don’t book from them, their response was utterly disgusting, telling us that it’s normal to have roaches due to climate😬). We were glad that we found this place and switched over, this was much closer to a beach and restaurants. Super clean, modern and sleek interior design. Loved the place, the host was friendly too. Highly recommend :)

el apartamento era tal y como la descripción, la ubicación perfecta y la comunicación con Anmery, rápida y efectiva. Todo en general muy bien.

El piso es mucho mejor que en las fotos. Es espacioso, está muy muy limpio y la ubicación no puede ser mejor. Ideal para 3-4 personas. Hay aparcamiento de pago (1€ al día) a un minuto, y entre semana se puede aparcar en las calles de al lado sin tener que buscar mucho. Josué responde rápido y es muy simpático. El piso está a dos minutos andando del puerto y el paseo marítimo y, sobre todo, de una playa pequeña y de vistas impresionantes, con agua cristalina y amplio sitio para nadar y relajarse en una playa con vistas increíbles a los acantilados. Mucho mejor que en reseñas y fotos. Volveremos sin duda porque la relación calidad- precio está más que superada.

Me ha encantado la zona, muy cerca de todo y hemos dormido de maravilla. Todo limpio, y los anfitriones estuvieron pendiente en todo momento. Totalmente recomendado!

From the first moment, Francesca was very attentive and made the process very easy. Though the check-in is at 15:00, and since our party was arriving early in the morning, she offered the chance of an earlier check-in if the previous guest made the their check-out early so she could arrange the cleaning. Thanks to her initiative, we could make the check-in an hour before, so we were very pleased. She was also supportive and reminded us of the check-out time and, in general, she proved very competent and professional handling their business. The street where the flat is located can be a bit noisy at night, so travelers with light sleep should take that into account. There is a supermarket just next to the location, bars and restaurants nearby and a take away just round the corner. Beach is like a 3 minutes walk straight down the street, and the Parque Santa Catalina at 7 minutes walk right the opposite way.

Communication with Oliver the host was great from beginning to end. We were welcomed by Oliver who showed us how to work everything and answered any questions we had. We were able to book in early which was very much appreciated after a long journey. The studio was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, especially the kitchen with all you need to cook at home should you want to (kitchen ware, herbs, spices & oils etc.) The drinking water system is a great help - no need to buy/carry water. The apartment also has a modern TV/internet set-up with many channels. There were beach towels & beach chairs should you wish to take a few steps over to the beach. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. The main attraction to this apartment for us was the terraces, which did not disappoint!! Sun rise on one terrace and sun set on the other, meaning sunshine all day long, with plenty of shady areas too. Overall we had an wonderful relaxing time, thank you Oliver.

Bel appartement, bien situé, avec le balcon qui donne sur la plage de Las Canteras... Idéal pour deux personnes, l’appartement correspond aux photos. A pied depuis la station de Santa Catalina, nous avons mis 10-12 minutes. Victor est très sympathique, merci beaucoup pour l'accueil !

Das Meeresrauschen in der Nacht war ein Traum. Der Strand direkt vor dem Haus war schön und auch nicht überlaufen. Allerdings würde ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen, die paar Kilometer bis nach Playa Maspalomas zu fahren, die Dünen und der Strand sind einfach umwerfend. Etwas störend war das Lokal direkt unterhalb der Wohnung. Wenn man Glück hatte, dann war ab 23 Uhr einigermaßen Ruhe, aber es gab einen Tag, an dem es bis früh um 3 so laut war, dass selbst das Meeresrauschen nicht zu hören war.
