Monthly Rentals in Las Peñas, Tarqui

Carlos was an extremely responsive and understanding host. From ensuring we arrived ok from the airport (10 min uber) to making sure we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. The location is well-guarded with 24/7 locked lobby doors and security guard and police presence, next to the well-known Wyndham hotel (best to pin this location for Uber), and offers direct access to the boardwalk with Mami T on the little restaurant strip. Was an excellent place to stay!

This is the safest/best neighborhood in the city. Lot of great restaurants, touristy things to do near by. José was a great host

The apartment is located in a pleasant neighborhood and on the edge of the Guayas River with many restaurants and shops nearby. It is easy to get to the city center on foot. The apartment is very pleasant and spacious. The view of Cerro Santa Ana is a plus. All the necessities are available. Communication with Victor and Solange is easy: they were very responsive and friendly every time we contacted them...
