It also include the main amenities. It is very close to shopping centers and food markets (including Walmart, Sam's club, etc).

SANITIZED AND DISINFECTED!! All the comforts of home are here in our 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath house. Our cleaning includes sanitizing and disinfecting of everything because everything is wiped down with Lysol. "PLEASE NO SMOKING OF CIGARETTES OR WEED INSIDE MY HOUSE." There's a nice sized kitchen equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, stove/oven, refrigerator, pot/pans, cups, plates and so forth. There is a washer and dryer. We do have HI Speed Internet for our large screen Smart TV.

Close to everything - shopping, 5 minutes from airport, 7-15 minutes from strip. A great get away spot. Incredible shared back yard with putting green, lounging, outdoor kitchen, hot tub, and gazebo.

We offer a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, independent entrance wide and open spaces we are 1 minute from Las Vegas Blv 10 minutes from all the casinos and the strip we also have gas stations nearby and restaurants 3 minutes from the South Point Casino and very close to the freeways 1-15 and 95 and 10 minutes from the airport.
