Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Las Vegas Strip

The house is absolutely beautiful, and the decor quite charming. The backyard was spacious and incredibly pretty. In addition to the large kitchen, there is a nice grill on the back patio. Everything was as expected. One thing to note: there are indoor noise detectors (we found that out after getting back from karaoke and having the fun carry over for one rather sloshed group member), so do not book here if you plan to have loud indoor events.

Stayed for a few days and had a great time, from the outside pool Jacuzzi and the billiards 🎱 , very nice kitchen had all the utensils, bidets every bathroom had a bunch of towels and beach towels which is a plus, laundry if needed, overall great amenities. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The property was exactly as described—clean, well-appointed, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, and the peaceful surroundings were a huge plus. One of our favorite parts of the stay was enjoying the hot tub in the cool, early mornings. It was the perfect way to start the day. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Place was exactly as described. House was very spacious and Very clean. Everything was excellent that I would return again.

10/10. Would recommend. Looooved this house for our family trip to the Vegas area. Had 2 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room inside and out. Only 15-20 min drive from the strip. 35 minutes to Hoover Dam. Had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen. Towels, including separate towels to use in the pool. Nice having a living room with seating for everybody. Located near lots of stores and restaurants. We were able to have groceries delivered and have same-day amazon delivered when we needed to purchase something. Only downside was hot tub not getting warm while we were there. I didn't ask about it until the second to last day though, so my fault. Even though our trip was in June, I wish we would have paid to have the pool heated. Was fine as-is for the kids, but I'm a wimp.

I came out here to celebrate my 40th with my family and we all just fell in love with your house. Beautifully decorated, beds were so comfortable and the backyard was amazing! Thank you Dwight for a wonderful stay.

Stephane's place was amazing - a house done tastefully with lot of character and style. It was artistic, clean and very comfortable. Lots of facilities were at the house. Beautiful backyard, lovely kitchen and music themed living areas. It felt like home in every corner. And Stephane was an amazing host. Always communicative, always helpful - More than a host - he was a great local friend!

It was great for the time we were there!

The resort is beautiful and quiet. We liked being able to park in the garage with close proximity to the elevators. We stayed in building 1 facing the pool. The room was nice with a comfortable bed, linens, and pillows. We loved having a washer and dryer in the condo so we could wash our clothes before traveling. We were in town for a family wedding so this was a great place to come back to for some peace and quiet.

Colleen's timeshare listing under Club Wyndam Grand Desert was everything I expected! Check-in was very straightforward (I was even able to request early check-in and late check-out based on availability), and the suite itself was very clean, which is what I expected out of a resort-based listing. The location itself is ~20 minutes away from the Strip, and although there's a shuttle, I chose to walk over most of the time. The suite was also very spacious and even had a hot tub, which I really enjoyed using. I would recommend Colleen's listing as mid-tier option for anyone looking for a great place to stay that won't break the budget too badly.

Great apartment style room and a nice property overall. Only downside is that during check-in there will be staff that try and get you to look at promotions, etc.

We will be going back for sure! Great place to relax off the strip but a quick walk, shuttle, or uber to everything.

This place is great if you want the accessibility of the strip while having a more peaceful spot away from the craziness. The Grand Wyndham is about 1 mile off the strip, but there is a free shuttle service from 9 AM - 9 PM that leaves every 30-45 mins if you prefer to drive. The adults only pool was great, very clean and a bar and cafe was right there for convenience. Steven's place was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Just be mindful, the check-in process will try to sell you on a timeshare presentation and walk-through to see the VIP suites for a "free vacation" in the future. Other than that, great experience and would stay here again.

Hotel was nice and a great place to stay.

Pools are nice and overall condo was good! However the location is a bit further from the Strip than what we expected. Ed was very friendly and responsive, thank you Ed!
