You have the entire apartment unit to yourself. 2 beds are in the bedroom, 2 beds on a fold-out bed with quality mattresses. You can enjoy a large terrace with seating. Our family lives on the ground floor, there is another apartment in the attic, which is adjacent to the apartment. Guests appreciate the view of the pond, walking or cycling in the nearby forests, or the possibility of visiting the surrounding cultural monuments. The house is located in a village near Jindřichův Hradec. You can relax, whether you're passing through or want to stay for a few days.

The space is literally surrounded by greenery and you can enjoy your stay in privacy and tranquility. For those traveling with their four-legged pets, this place is perfect! There is also a barbecue in the garden. Inside the cottage there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, a bathroom, a shower, a toilet and, of course, a bedroom. I look forward to your visit!

Yelena lakeside forest retreat

Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed. The open plan ground floor has a fireplace, fully equiped kitchen with coffee machiner and dishwasher, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

Večer vás pak zahřeje praskající krb nebo ohniště pod širým nebem, zatímco nad hlavou tiše poletují netopýři. Ideální místo pro chvíle ticha a útěk do přírody

Stylish cottage on the edge of Ratmířovský pond

New and equipped cottage with a covered veranda in a quiet place on the edge of the Ratmírovský pond. There's a small extension at the back of the cottage where you can hide your bikes. Inside there is a hob, kettle, built-in fridge, microwave, air conditioning/el. heating, TV. Fee per dog 150,- /night Around the cottage is a large grassy plot and a fence. Be careful, the address will not lead you exactly to the cottage! Use map or GPS coordinates 49°08'15.6"N 15°07'56.7"E

Chalupa U Čmeláka

A luxuriously equipped cottage for all who love unspoiled nature and still like to indulge in luxury accommodation. There is a spacious garden with a pergola and a terrace. In case of bad weather, you can sit in the lounge with a fireplace. Experience relaxation in a hot tub with a unique view (extra charge). The hot tub is located outside and is in operation from March 1 to October 31 (depending on current temperatures). We do not allow pets.

Chalet Blatnice

Chata Blatnice by the Kozák pond is a great retreat for all those who need to recharge their batteries in the middle of nature. Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change. Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.

Bicycle path in front of the door, swimming and aquapark nearby, playground in the village square, tennis courts within reach. For history lovers, there are certainly many castles and chateaux in the area. Sightseeing flights are available at a nearby airport.

In our neighborhood, surrounded by pristine forests, you can pick mushrooms, blueberries or cranberries. Magical cycling trails will take you directly from the cottage along the traces of the region's history or to Austria.

Our cottage

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.

Medieval Bastion built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle. Great for family, friends or 2 couples.
