Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Lasithi

Had a fantastic 5 days, yes the accommodation is small but the veranda is big with a perfect view of the bay. The drive up from the beach is a little uneven but parking is ample when you arrive, right behind the room with no steps so it’s easy to get your case in. Georgie provided absolutely everything you could possibly need, the bed very comfortable and great AC if needed. Georgia will show you a shortcut path down to the beach and restaurants, you’ll need a torch at night. We loved it there, so peaceful and unspoilt. From the accommodation I walked up the old road then back down through the gorge 4 miles in total and beautiful, don’t try and drive the old road it’s v rough. Excellent food at reasonable prices in the tavernas behind the beach, free sun beds, very friendly people. I can highly recommend Georgias place

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location. Very clean, fixtures and furnishings of a high standard. Shops and restaurants on the doorstep but still very peaceful. Amazing balcony on the edge of the sea.

A good base for excursions in the east of the island. We were welcomed with homemade oil and rhaki and Easter bread. A very nice gesture. For us, it was a relaxing time, everything fit.

Of all my trips to Greece, this was the first place I stayed where I just had to sit on the balcon and relax. Wat a wonderful view! The place where the house is located is calm and surrounded only by Greek nature. What we could want more? Dimitrios and his wife are very welcoming. Very beautiful, large traditional Greek house. And an extraordinary garden with breathtaking views. With small hammock rest areas, sun loungers. Beautiful outdoor dining area. And a very warm and attentive family welcome.

Giannis is a very invested, responsive and discreet host. We really enjoyed the welcome with a pastry (very good!), the oranges in the fridge as well as the drinks made available. The environment is very pleasant and the location is ideal, quiet but close to the promenade with restaurants. If there were any questions, Giannis was always available as well as to make recommendations to us. Listing is as described. However, it should not be too big for the night part and the bathroom but otherwise everything was very good!

We had a great stay. The co-Host Rea was super responsive and the views were great as you can see in the pictures. The flat was clean and has a spaciuos balcony. On premises parking was not possible, but there are parking possibilities next to the road. The place is quite remote, no supermarkets or restaurants nearby, a car is needed. All in all we can recomment to stay here!

Everything is very well maintained - the location within walking distance of the beach is unbeatable. Friendly welcome from the hostess, highly recommended!

Very comfortable two bedrooms. Fantastic location right on the shore with their own access to the water. A lot of good restaurants with in a walking distance.

We spent two wonderful weeks at Pinelopi's house in late May/early June 2025. Everything is as described! The terrace is simply wonderful and beautiful in the countryside as well as with sea views. The location of the accommodation is central and very, very quiet. Pinelopi is an excellent host! We were received personally and warmly. There was a bottle of olive oil, wine and raki as well as a plate of fresh fruit. In addition, several bottles of water. The cleanliness is particularly noteworthy. Pinelopi is always approachable, and she also gives countless excursion and restaurant tips. Conclusion: We were completely thrilled Thank you again.

We had a great stay and the accommodation was superbly equipped for the shortness of our stay. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and super clean. The veranda and the view are a great highlight. The only downside: the busy road directly in front of the house. Unfortunately, it's quite noisy. Otherwise, our hostess was very friendly and helpful. May 2025, 10 nights stay for three (2 adults, 1 toddler). Villa is really fantastic. Beautiful view of the sea and the bay. It offers plenty of space for more people (2 couples, 4-6 friends, 2 families) and for longer stays (storage space, cupboards and shelves, etc.). The furnishings correspond to the description and offer, even in the kitchen, everything you need. Our highlight was the covered terrace. Our flight was moved up at short notice. A significantly earlier check-in was no problem at all in our case. Stelios is a very friendly, helpful and dedicated host. We recommend him and his villa without reservation. Small restriction: the accommodation is a bit off the beaten track or the region is a bit scattered (mainly due to the geography of the terrain). Without your own car, it will be a bit difficult in our opinion. However, there is a free parking space directly at the house.

We can only agree with the many positive reviews. We had a great time in the beautiful mountain village – it was a special experience. Every morning we had breakfast on the roof terrace and enjoyed the tranquility. At first we thought the sea would be missing, but that wasn't the case at all. We really came to rest – walks in the area were enough for that. Actually, we planned to do more, but we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere so much that we took it easy. Nevertheless, we were traveling by car and made some nice excursions, including to the coast, where we discovered great restaurants. A vacation that will stay with us in very good memory. the place was very nice and Maria was very hospitable. Her mom gave us delicious homemade cookies. The house looked as if someone is still living there. there were personal photos and what seemed like personal items. looked a lot like a "home". We had a lovely time. thank you Maria.

Beautiful spacious apartment with great modern design and with a unique sea view from the balcony (sea only about 20 meters away). Everything you need. The landlord is extremely friendly and always available. We felt very comfortable. There are many good restaurants in the area, all within walking distance. The free parking by the sea was also perfect. From there, it only takes 5 minutes to get to the apartment. The beautiful bar near the bedrooms was always well attended and accordingly it was loud there until the night. It's a matter of taste, but the beds were too hard for us. Otherwise, absolutely recommended! We felt very comfortable and always had breakfast comfortably on the balcony.

I‘m more that happy that we decided to stay at Dimitri‘s place. He ish very kind and helped us right away, if we had any questions. The location is peaceful and has a great view. The beach is not far away and the size of the apartment is just perfekt for a single person or a couple. I will definitely visit again.

I was there for three weeks and felt comfortable from the first moment. Theodossi is an incredibly kind host who was very eager to help me have a nice time. When I arrived, we went for coffee, he gave me a lot of tips and even went on a trip with me. He was always easy to reach and extremely hospitable. The apartment is super central, you can walk to everything in Sitia from there, especially the harbor and beach as well as numerous restaurants. I lacked nothing Thank you for the wonderful time!

Sofia and her dad Giorgos were great hosts, from meeting, explaining and taking the time to make great recommendations to checking in often, very much appreciated! We loved Iraklio (and Heraklion) and the flat had what the 4 of us needed to enjoy our stay. We spent our mornings and evenings on the decks and loved eating outside and drinking beverages. The recommendation for the Peskesi farm to table restaurant was spot on! The restaurant/cafes options in walking distance of the flat are plentiful and every place we tried was good. We walked everywhere, and took a city bus to the wonderful beach by the airport and the ferry excursion to Santorini one day. The archaeological museum is a stand out, and the history museum and Venetian Fortress were also great sites. Ended up skipping Knossos as the artifacts found were in the archaeological museum, so no opinion on that. We shall return to Crete some time and when staying in the area would gladly book with Sofia!
