Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Come and relax in this quiet house, tucked away in a small village halfway between Angers and Tours, close to the Baugé Golf Course, castles and tourist sites (Le Lude and the Flèche zoo are around twenty minutes away). Old and full of charm, our holiday home will comfortably accommodate you with 10 or (even 12 with the sofa bed in the office area) friends or family. In the evening, an aperitif is taken in front of the fireplace or outside, facing the 11th century church.

Its three bedrooms (one on the ground floor) can accommodate 7 people, the sofa in the living room can be used as an extra bed, for two people. You will have two shower rooms, two toilets, a kitchen/dining room and a living room. A pleasant garden bordered by a walking path, a small stream, for privileged moments of relaxation.
