Notre maison est située dans le bourg de Villiers au Bouin avec Wifi. Composée au RDC d'une entrée avec placard, salon avec nouveau canapé convertible (avec vrai matelas de 18cm), cuisine tout aménagée, salle à manger, salle d'eau avec douche et toilette séparés. Au 1er étage, une grande chambre avec un lit double et rangement. Il y a une cour avec table et chaises de jardin ainsi qu'un barbecue. Possibilité de mettre vos vélos dans une dépendance. Parking. Come and relax in this quiet house, tucked away in a small village halfway between Angers and Tours, close to the Baugé Golf Course, castles and tourist sites (Le Lude and the Flèche zoo are around twenty minutes away). Old and full of charm, our holiday home will comfortably accommodate you with 10 or (even 12 with the sofa bed in the office area) friends or family. In the evening, an aperitif is taken in front of the fireplace or outside, facing the 11th century church.

You can visit the many castles and rest around our pleasant heated and covered pool (12 m by 5 m). The shelter is composed of 6 telescopic modules sliding on rails. Each module can be opened or closed.

Cette maison située dans la région de nombreux châteaux ou vignobles est située à 35 min de Tours, 40 min de Saumur, 30 min du zoo de la Flèche et 1 h du zoo de Doué la Fontaine. Vous pourrez profiter de belles balades en vélo autour de la maison et du calme de notre petit hameau.
