Excellent location, Jaime is very kind and very attentive. Excellent host, totally recommended, I would be happy to return. The location is spectacular for going out to explore restaurants and bars in the area.

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Excellent accommodation! It's a whole second floor, with everything you need. Very comfy, clean and beautiful. The hosts are very friendly and willing to help with everything, and check-in was flexible. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and two blocks from the Montt neighborhood to go to eat. I thank you, I felt at home. I'll try to come back someday.

Great location in Barrio Italia: restaurants, cafés and bars all just a stone's throw away. Communication with Mauricio was very friendly from the beginning and his self-made videos helped us a lot at check-in. In addition, he was always available. The accommodation is very cozy and equipped with a radiant heater and a heat blanket for the cold months. We had a great time. Thank you Mauricio!

The house is very large and very good, it stays in a very quiet location. Lots of restaurants and bakeries around. Monica was very nice, she helped us a lot, she was super requested. I highly recommend!!

This apartment has it all! It is newly remodeled (even a dishwasher!), clean, private, safe, it has multiple workstations for work-from-home folks, and it is right beside the beautiful and bustling Lastarria neighborhood (tons of bars, shops, restaurants), as well as the "U Catolica/GAM corridor." Cristian was super responsive, friendly, and flexible. If you are looking for a private, updated space to stay for work and/or play, with tons of walkable attractions + a metro station right nearby, look no further! 5 STARS! Está recién remodelado (¡incluso tiene lavavajillas!), limpio, es privado, seguro, cuenta con múltiples estaciones de trabajo para quienes teletrabajan y se encuentra justo al lado del hermoso y animado barrio Lastarria (lleno de bares, tiendas, restaurantes). Cristian fue súper atento y flexible. Si buscas un espacio privado y moderno para trabajar y/o disfrutar, con muchísimas atracciones a las que puedes llegar caminando o en El metro, no busques mas! 5 Estrellas!

Excellent apartment, in the heart of downtown Santiago, steps from the Sta Lucia subway. apartment with a spectacular view of the city. extremely clean, cozy and very quiet apartment. It has everything you need to have a few days of rest. You have businesses and a supermarket very close. and the most important thing is that you can do many activities while walking. 1000 percent recommended.

Very spacious, lovely enclosed green veranda. The kitchen was well-equipped (there was even salt and olive oil -- learn, airbnb hosts!) The location couldn’t be better, literally around the corner from the buzzing Lastarria St., 10-min walk from Plaza de Armas and Bellavista, and midway between three metro stations. I'd move in tomorrow.

We were happy with our stay! Everything the other reviews said about Manuel and Blanca's place is accurate. it's a nice, neat, compact, comfortable apartment, great location, Lots to do, close to tourist attractions and very easy check in and and out. We just recommended to Manuel and Blanca that they state clearly that the washer is "in the building" because when we booked we were under the impression that it was inside the apartment. Other than this minor issue, everything was nice and smooth 👍 Thanks for a good stay!

Luis place is an excellent choice for your stay in Santiago. It is in a great location that felt very safe but is also a vibrant neighborhood. The apartment is situated on a side street just one block from a very popular area. It was very quiet in the apartment. They left us chocolate, water, fruit and a bottle of wine which we very much enjoyed. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with heated water. Very close to the Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets in the vicinity.

Sonia's place has great location! the apartment was wonderful, well equipped, clean and very welcoming. Sonia was very communicative and respond quickly to any question we had. the only downside for us was that there was a neighbor that put lowd music almost every evening. for us it was very frustrating... When it happened- Sonia answered our texts late in the evening and did what ever she can to try and take care of this noise, so no complaints about Sonia at all. also, she try to help us with a flexible check out, which was very appreciated.

The apartment is very well equipped, in good maintenance condition and very impeccable, the location is central, no annoying noises were heard in the place and the elevator is expeditious, the concierges are very attentive and provide a feeling of security.

Pleasant stay, it is close to the center and has kiosks and food nearby, the instructions are quite clear and the place is very nice to stay a few days
