Holiday rentals with breakfast in Latin Quarter, Paris

We are a group that loves to travel and dress in costumes related to the places we visit. Valerie's place was fantastic and proved a great location for our adventure. The space was well maintained and very comfortable.

Perfect location (close to Paris ) We felt out of place thanks to the large garden . The house was clean ( which is very important to me) Host wasn't there to welcome us but was super responsive on the phone . Recommended

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the refrigerator), you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us in person and gave us great tips on restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely come back! Thank you for the great days with you! :)

quiet accommodation in a small cul-de-sac. as advertised. good value for the money. Fernando is very responsive and was able to inform us about our needs and distances (because we did not know the area and we had a wedding in Reuil). A little tight for six people on a long stay but for two nights for us it was perfect.

Vincent's place was perfect for our family of 5! Location was really convenient for exploring the city without being in the heart of the touristy areas, with lots of great stores, restaurants, and bakeries all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed - my only complaint is that certain parts of the second floor have low ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. Vincent is a great host, super responsive and extremely flexible with being able to drop off luggage early and leaving it late which was a life saver for us.

Madalena was a wonderful host from the start. Before arriving, she always responded quickly to any questions. Once at her house, she was attentive to any need I might have, doing everything to make me feel at home. The house is fully equipped, with everything you might need. Very well decorated and very cozy. Very well located, a 10-minute walk from the train station and with buses 2 meters away. The area where it is located is very quiet and safe. Thank you Madalena for your hospitality!!!!

some insects disturbed our sleep for some time, however host responded us and provided fans next day, which helped us a lot. All others was Good.

Great communication. It's walkable to Point Cardinet metro/train as well as a fair number of nearby stores, bakeries, cafes/restaurants. It's about €10-15 into main tourist areas.

Victoria’s apartment was perfectly situated to explore Paris and the surrounding areas. The metro was very close as were supermarkets and a lovely Boulangerie/patisserie where we breakfasted every day. The apartment was quiet and had everything we needed and we felt relaxed and comfortable after our days out. Vincennes itself was very interesting with both the original Royal palace and the floral garden.

Thomas’ apartment was absolutely perfect for our trip. It was clean, stylishly decorated, and in a fabulous location. He was very responsive, and also provided a helpful neighborhood guide with a robust amount of suggestions of everything from restaurants and cafés, to food markets and clothing shops, and to local attractions. We would love to be able to stay at his apartment again.Thank you, Thomas!

Alice has a lovely apartment in a great part of the city. She was also very flexible with our arrival time and really kind in general. We’d definitely stay with her again next time we’re in Paris!

The best experience I've had on an Airbnb so far, Amandine and Sebastiane are super friendly and excellent hosts, upon arrival we were expecting a lot of surprises, from nespreso capsules, turrones, juices and even pudding for our baby. We had everything we needed for cooking. They also left us soap so we could do the laundry, which is so necessary on a trip. I could continue to list positive things in this apartment but there are other guests who already describe more things to perfection. If we ever get back to Paris without a doubt it will be our first choice. Thank you for everything!

We really enjoyed our time staying at Marine’s place! It’s walking distance from public transportation and some beautiful sites. There are some great places to walk in the neighborhood and grab coffee, fruits, and vegetables, and of course, croissants and baguettes! Marine was very flexible and helpful. She gave lots of great local recommendations and tips. The space is cozy and cute. We loved the balconies and having the place to come back to at the end of our adventures for the day!

Vincent's place is in a great location, close to metro stops, great cafes, a bakery, and markets. His place is very homey, feels like stepping back in time, living the Parisian life. Vincent was available for any questions and shared tons of local info. There are several Metro stations nearby and you can walk to many attractions. We would highly recommend staying here! Note the apartment is a third-floor walk-up without an elevator. the flat is cozy, private, and full of character! Make sure you book this place, you won't regret it.

Alain is a very welcoming, kind and insightful host. The location is great to move around Paris and the room has the most amazing view. Alain’s apartment feels like a museum and every detail holds a story. I will definitely come back and you should definitely stay with him!

Indulge in the green and the garden, so well cared by Veronique and her family. 1 km away from Bièvres time slows down and you can find your accommodation in a fairy corner of this region. Excellent also for a pit stop before/after Versailles and Giverny

The neighborhood was the Marais district, so the surrounding environment was clean, and there were many antique buildings and shops around. I want to recommend it because the neighborhood was beautiful. It was close to the subway station, and it was on the first floor, so you might hear a little noise, but the windows block out the noise well, so you can sleep well without waking up in the middle of the night after traveling. The breakfast provided by Morgan was also very good, and it was a happy accommodation because he was so kind. You can spread it out in the corner of the 28-inch carrier, but it's uncomfortable because the passage is blocked. The bathroom is also small, so it can be difficult for adult men. It's a recommended accommodation for two women traveling, and the bathroom was small but really neat, and the hair dryer had a strong wind, and there were cotton swabs and cotton pads, and the tissues were thick, and there was a large mirror in the center, so it was nice. The bed was big and the mattress was fluffy, so it was nice. It's close to all the tourist attractions. I totally recommend this place

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

We loved our stay at Laurence's home. The location is fantastic, a short walk to pedestrian zones with restaurants and shops, the River Seine near Notre Dame cathedral and other sites; and Metro and bus. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was excellent in a lovely room overlooking the Saint Jacques tower and park. The space is a little unusual with the bedroom, toilet, and sink/shower all in different rooms off the shared hallway, but Laurence respected our privacy and we felt very comfortable with the set-up. We highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future. Laurence: thank you for being such a friendly and accommodating host - we really enjoyed chatting with you.

The apartment was well-equipped. It’s near the metro and different bus stops. I stayed with my mom who has mobility issues and thank god there are lot of bus lines nearby.

It was a great stay with Dominika and Eryk. Very warm and cordial welcome and treatment throughout the stay. We really felt like members of this very nice French family. Dominika and Eryk are very special people ready to help. Thanks to this, our trip to Paris was very successful. The location of the villa is very good, close to several means of transport.
