This is an amazing flat. It is located in a central area overlooking the botanical gardens. The flat itself is spacious, modern and includes all the amenities you would expect in a high end home. The flat is well maintained and clean. Everything is 15 minutes away by foot (no kidding), the location is that good. We stayed at this flat in the middle of a heat wave, and unfortunately, the flat does not have A/C, but we did not let that ruin our holidays! Bottom line is we would rent this flat again!

We have just spent a week at Franks place. The Chartrons district is just wonderfully positioned and the tram stop was almost on the doorstep. The area was very quiet, yet so easy to walk to a multitude of wonderful restaurants. The apartment itself was very well represented by the photographs, and we were really comfy there. It was also nice and cool inside, although our weather was a bit mixed. Two really good fans are available for use. The kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking with plenty of crockery and glassware. The shower was very effective and always hot. Frank met us there to hand over the keys, and checked in with us a couple of times during the stay to make sure we were ok. A thoroughly enjoyable week!

It was a wonderful short stay! Enkeleida was a great host and was super responsive. The place is very clean and has modern fixtures. It is located in a quiet area within 5-10 min walking from restaurants, squares, cathedral,hotel de ville…. I recommend

Other than a slight mishap with the keys upon arrival (which Amelie sorted out as quick as possible), our stay was perfect. Conveniently situated close to the train station and a main street, we were able to get around Bordeaux and its surroundings very easily. The flat was clean, and perfectly matched the description. Amelie was always responsive when needed. I would definitely recommend 👌

This stay was everything an Airbnb should be and more! Her place was welcoming and so incredibly homey. The design of the apartment is also incredible, with such an attention to detail! The location is also perfect - a quick 20 minute walk to the center of the historic district but tucked away enough to get a full nights rest without any interruptions. Helen was also incredibly responsive and had such fabulous recommendations. Next time we find ourselves in Bordeaux, we know exactly where we’ll be staying!

We were very well received, the accommodation was clean and the terrace very pleasant. The host kindly provided a crib despite a late request from us and provided us with an air cooler (without us asking) because the temperatures were very high. We were able to benefit from a late departure around 3 p.m. without any problems. We have very good memories of this stay and will be back! Thank you for your attention to detail!

Wonderful experience. Very romantic. The place was immaculate. The location is fantastic with great walkability. There are excellent restaurants all within a short distance. And it is a shoppers paradise! Oceane provided clear instructions to access the apartment. Oceane also had a welcoming gift of yogurt, cereal, juice, milk, wine, and coffee waiting for us which was very thoughtful! A word of caution, the apartment is located on the top floor and there is no elevator (which is disclosed in the listing). The stairs (all 92 of them) are brutal, especially if you have heavy luggage. Thank you, Oceane, for a great stay!

Louis-Antoine was a welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable host who gave us a thorough and thoughtful introduction to both the apartment and the city. His recommendations for things to do and places to eat and explore in Bordeaux were spot-on and much appreciated. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location—just steps from the beautiful Jardin Public, where we enjoyed several relaxing walks. It was clean, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Bordeaux.

Laura and Thibault were very kind and accommodating. They provided a childrens cot which made our trip with our baby so much easier!

Very pleasant stay, all done on foot. And lots of amenities in the apartment. The host knows the neighborhood very well and quickly gives us the appropriate information ( e.g. How to do laundry). And accommodation really good location to go to airport via tram. I would highly recommend this property and would be happy to go back.

Amazing, unique apartment. Very quiet and private, but still close to neighborhood restaurants and an easy walk to local attractions and shops. Henry is a great host - he was very helpful and friendly, and provided a great list of restaurants and activities. Definitely recommend!

You can book this with confidence. This is a great apartment in a quiet location at a reasonable distance from the heart of Bordeaux. The value for money is fine. The neighborhood is becoming trendy with a food hall nearby.

We had a great stay in this cocooning suite perfectly designed for a relaxing time for two. Upon our arrival, we were seduced by the warm atmosphere of the place: the soft lighting, the neat decoration immediately give a feeling of well-being. The private jacuzzi is clearly one of the great assets of the accommodation: spacious, clean, easy to use, and above all ideal after a day of walking or driving. It's really a rare thing at this price and it completely transforms the experience. The calm of the place, despite the proximity to Bordeaux. It's nice to be able to rest without noise while staying a few minutes from the city. The space is intelligently optimized despite the relatively compact surface. Host was welcoming, available, and responsive. In short: a small, ideal cocoon for a romantic getaway, a relaxing weekend, or a well-deserved break. The value for money is very good considering the services

Aurelien’s pad is well designed for such a cozy place. It has almost everything you need for a short stopover and the nearby parking deck is an added bonus. Aurelien was quick to respond and helpful. I suggest you arrive during daylight hours to familiarize yourself with the layout. You will quickly wish you had rented a bike for easy mode of transportation. It’s lovely to see a city with a proper bike lane and citizens that pay attention to other means of transport aside from the automobile.
