Welcome to my new 50 m2 house, just minutes from Bordeaux! Located on a wooded lot, in a quiet area, ideal for a relaxing stay. The 24 m2 terrace is equipped with an awning, where you can enjoy a lovely view of the garden. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Access Bordeaux in 20 minutes by car, bus (line 501), or bike (bike path 1 km away). Rocade 5 mins, Arkéa Arena (concert hall) 10 mins, Aérocampus 5 mins.

Beautiful apartment located in the heart of the town of Latresne, in the immediate vicinity (on foot) of its amenities and shops, 15 minutes from Saint-Jean train station. Beautifully renovated in 2019, the T2 apartment offers many amenities: oven, washing machine, coffee maker, wifi, TV (300 channels), separate toilet, patio...
