+++ WICHTIG: Aktuell finden, bis voraussichtlich Ende Mai, Dacharbeiten am Haus statt. Es steht ein Gerüst am Haus. Unsere Terrasse kann aber ganz normal genutzt werden. Es wird immer nur unter der Woche gearbeitet. Nicht am Wochenende und nicht an Feiertagen. +++ Unsere Ferienwohnung im schönen Allgäu liegt in einem ehemaligen umgebauten Schulgebäude. Der Ort liegt abseits der Touristenströme. Am Dorfrand hat man aber tolle Ausblicke auf das Panorama der Allgäuer Alpen.

There is a variety of lifts, trails and hiking trails in the Alps 25 minutes away. Idyllic lakes and rivers with easy walking trails are minutes away.

The apartment is located in the basement of our single-family home in Reicholzried, Dietmannsried municipality. We are 3 km from Dietmannsried. The apartment can accommodate 3 people and has its own access with a key box. Kitchen equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, egg boiler, dishwasher, fridge with 3***, stove and extractor hood, in the bathroom towels, shower gel, hair dryer, large TV. In "Liab - Living in a box" kannst du deinen Traum vom Tiny Haus verwirklichen. Die umfangreich ausgestattete, gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen des Allgäus, inklusive Alpenpanorama und Waldidyll. Über die Terrasse trittst du in das Hauptzimmer, in dem sich ein bequemes Doppelbett, Fernseher, Mini-Küche mit kleinem Essbereich sowie ein separates Bad mit Dusche und WC befindet. Einfach einziehen und wohlfühlen! :-)

In a very quiet location, you can escape everyday life with us and still be at a great transport starting point to enjoy the Allgäu.
