I was very surprised by how cute and well placed this historical building is. It was completely restored and it is comfortable, nice looking and in a good area of town. I’d totally stay there again.

One of the rare times I felt the place looked better than the photos! I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again when in Minneapolis. I felt right at home, it was clean, comfortable bed, easy check-in. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, the university, Stone Arch Bridge. Very good value for the price I paid. Note that there isn’t a washer/dryer in unit, rather the building had a room, use quarters.

I stayed at Andrea’s place for my daughter’s wedding and had friends and family flying in from different places. The space easily hosted us all and had great gathering areas as well. The kitchen was nice and big and it was nice to feel home together.

I found the location to be wonderful, and the host was very accommodating. Everything was as described and with the windows open, I could hear the birds sing as the sun started to rise in the morning. Very good.
