Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

The apartment has a separate bedroom with wardrobe. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for another child. For bicycles, our bicycle shed is available free of charge. The 1-room basement apartment (45 m²) is located in a single-family home in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. You can reach the city center by car in just 10 minutes. Bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a living room/bedroom, a washing machine, towels, bed linens, a TV and Wi-Fi. Toddlers are not allowed due to safety conditions.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Right on the Elbe, you can work or relax. The 85 sqm apartment is located in a cul-de-sac directly on the Elbe on the 2nd floor. The forest begins 3 houses away and invites you for walks. The city of Lauenburg is only 600 meters away. Here you will find all the shops, as well as the beautiful old town with numerous restaurants. A bike path is right next to the property.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking.
