Holiday rentals with lake access in Laughlin

Plenty of room to park two boats (behind locking gate) and two trucks. Driveway is quite steep. Convenient location if launching from Katherine’s. Lots of instructions and notes throughout the home. Sliding glass door alarm took a bit of getting used to and remembering to bypass, but understood why it was there. Good layout and plenty of room for 6 guests. Quiet, good neighborhood. The allotment of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom was not enough for our group-be prepared to supplement if staying for more than 3 or 4 days. Overall was a great home.

Great host! Responded very quickly for a last minute, same day request! House was very roomy and spotless clean. Gave clear insurances on the pool as well. I will be booking again when I visit Arizona again!

Justin’s place was just what I was looking for. A nice big, clean kitchen, a very comfortable bed, and a beautiful outdoor deck. The air conditioning was nice and cold as well. I also liked that I could park my vehicle inside the gate. Justin was always very responsive if there was an issue. I would definitely go back.

James was awesome. I asked for early check-in to get ready for a family event and he accommodated wonderfully. Keurig was appreciated w/complimentary 5 pods of french roast, but I would have made a full pot of coffee with the coffee I brought (did not see a coffee maker). Needed a toaster. ... Water in frig was so welcoming after long drive. Easy entry (front gate & door), kitchen stocked well, bathrooms towels & supplies too. Front porch needs normal bug sweep. Kayaked, fished, played pickleball w/locals, explored clubhouse etc. after two awesome family graduations!!!

A great stay! Perfect fit for my family of 5 and a great retreat during the soccer tournament. Huge common area with plenty of seating. My kids loved the pool/game room with additional lounging space. Kitchen had everything you need. The house is super clean and updated. And the host is very responsive. Quiet street. And so so close to the rotary park. Will be back next year!

We enjoyed our stay at Olivia's house on the Colorado River. The house is large, with a large kitchen/dining/great room area and two bedrooms and a full bath downstairs. The upstairs is essentially a very large master bedroom suite with an extra bedroom with a bunk bed. That suite worked well for the couple with 7- and 1.5-year old kids. The kids had a great time with the games and puzzles in the great room, but the real fun for them was the small beach and dock on the river, with adult supervision of course. The adults enjoyed the riverfront beach and dock as well. There's plenty of parking for multiple vehicles if needed. This home would be a perfect spot for a family to rent some jet skis or a small boat to moor at the dock on the river (you can't launch at this location, but can nearby), and then enjoy the river from comfort of the house.

Stephanie is a great host, she’s super responsive and helpful! Her place was super comfortable and the river is literally a couple seconds away from the place ! Perfect stay and great price for the amount of days we stayed !

We loved this place! It’s neat and very clean and super easy to access the River! We love coming here because the owners of this place are very attentive and nice and make it feel like home! Definitely worth coming here!

It’s a great place to stay. Our dog loved being free to romp along the river every day. The amenities at the “resort” are nice and clean. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

This was a great location and has access to river. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Felt at home. Pool and area around was clean. All amenities were as described. Comfortable bed and great shower. Great price. I am definitely comming back to Josephs place. I Would definitely recommend this place.

It was a nice place and easy to find. The water front area is really nice.

My sis in law has been coming to this place for couple years. This year me and hubby joined and the spot is nice and clean and the private access to the water is amazing . This is a spot we will continue to come to as long as it’s available. The host messaged with Info ahead of time so had everything we needed before checking in.

I can't say enough nice things about place and Karen is amazing. I stayed a month and Its an amazing place to relax and enjoy the river. This is my second time there and hope to return next year.

Can’t beat this location, private beach, pool close to restaurants and stores. 7 minute Uber ride or drive across the river to Laughlin. Small but cute and so worth it.

The space is clean and accommodating. It was wonderful having a functional kitchen and being so close to the laundry facility is a great perk. Dedicated parking made transportation a breeze. Everyone in the office was wonderful and inviting! I wish I could stay here longer!

Karen’s place is beautiful with AC, private parking and nicely located in a quiet, private, friendly and safe gated community with access to a private beach and to a clean pool. Nicky and Karen were very nice. The community We loved it and we had a great time! Definitely coming back!

THE PICTURES ARE ACCURATE. IF YOU THINK THIS IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT'S NOT. I'M A HOTEL SNOB AND REALLY LIKE 3-4 STARS ONLY. I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT STAING IN A MOBILE HOME THAT IT WOULD BE LIKE BEING IN A SUPER 8 OR MOTEL 6. OH MY GOSH, THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I RECOMMEND YOU STAY WITH THEM. THE VIEW IS AMAZING. THE UNITS APPOINTED IN A VERY NICE MANNER.
