In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Our 160 m² single-story house has exceptional views of the Charentonne and Risle Valley. Ideal for fishing lovers. A forest 10 min walk away allows for a walk. Champ de Bataille Golf Course is 15 km away. The house is in a small village, 2 km from Serquigny train station (Caen Paris), 7 km from all amenities and one hour from Deauville/Honfleur. Perfect place to recharge your batteries for families or groups of friends, professionals are also welcome.

Gîte du Pallus

On the edge of the forest on one side, the village with its shops on the other, the Pallus gîte is a really nice vacation spot. The cottage is on one level. The kitchen is well-equipped, sleeping area with 3 bedrooms. On the outside, the whole thing is completely enclosed: parking area with garage. The residential area overlooks a forest with beautiful walks to take at the end of the street. Note the proximity to the railway, about 200 m away.
