Champ de Bataille Golf Course is 15 km away. The house is in a small village, 2 km from Serquigny train station (Caen Paris), 7 km from all amenities and one hour from Deauville/Honfleur. Gîte du Pallus

On the edge of the forest on one side, the village with its shops on the other, the Pallus gîte is a really nice vacation spot. The cottage is on one level. The kitchen is well-equipped, sleeping area with 3 bedrooms. On the outside, the whole thing is completely enclosed: parking area with garage. The residential area overlooks a forest with beautiful walks to take at the end of the street. Note the proximity to the railway, about 200 m away.
