We loved everything about our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, extremely clean, very stylish, and the attendance of the staff was exceptional. The staff was going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. I highly recommend this hotel.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. It's an oasis inside with fabulous space, a dreamy terrace, very clean rooms, delicious food, and incredibly attentive staff. Great value for the money. We hope to stay here again.

The place is great. A guest house with an upgrade that makes it more like a hotel but at a convenient price. Staff is kind, bed is good and everything very clean. So recommended.

Juliana’s listing is great, specifically for anyone who works remotely and wants to be away from heavy noise but still in a central location. Internet is strong and the unit itself came with everything I needed for a 2 and a half week stay. Juliana’s team was also very attentive and supportive throughout my stay. Jean at the front desk was very proactive, communicative and went above and beyond in terms of assistance throughout my stay. Other members of the team who assisted in my accommodations were Matteo and David (who speaks flawless in English) at the front desk and Uber and Walter from security. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city for the first time.

Can't say enough great things about this place, HIGHLY recommend the Presidential Suite if you are traveling with a group in Medellin. The room is beautiful with a massive heated pool and jacuzzi seats, great sound system, large bedrooms, steps from the entrance, access to the rooftop pool, attentive and friendly staff, guests allowed, 24 hour room service, etc. Will be back!

The location is perfect. Beds were comfortable and our room was clean. Didnt use the comun areas but looks very nice. Good value for the location.

Very nice apartment. The area is safe and you can walk at night without problems. You can find food nearby and if you want to use the subway, the station is only 3 blocks away.

The place is spectacular for a getaway from the city without being so far from it. The attention of those who welcomed us was 10/20 and their service was excellent. The great breakfast and the option they take it to the cabin is fantastic. We asked for an extra blanket and they were super friendly in giving us another one. Regarding the location, it is missing to specify that the entrance does not have a paved street and that it is recommended to arrive by truck, no car (but Uber arrives👍🏼, ask for comfort). Next door they have a grill place to eat, but if they stay more than one day they take food to snack because nothing is closer. The bathroom has the floor blown because a little water is filtered from the shower, but nothing serious. It does not have to hang clothes, touch tutto douado (minor inconvenient).

The apartment is a 4th floor walk up at the end of a short dead end street, which is amazingly quiet for being in the center of Envigado.

It has what you need for a comfortable stay, zero annoying noises, good view and attention. The only thing uncomfortable is having to go down to the first floor so you can get on the rooftop.
