Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lausanne District

Un séjour très réussi dans cette maison parfaitement adaptée et bien équipée pour les familles . La maison est trés bien situé dans une magnifique région trés calme avec une vue panoramique et imprenable sur le lac Léman. Très bon accueil et bonne communication vraiment un séjour inoubliable, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Mohamed

Anne-Laure’s home was super clean and very cute. She’s such a thoughtful host and her parents were amazing! I was pleasantly surprised at their willingness to help us, while staying completely invisible! This home is so cute and the surroundings is picturesque! We managed to have one breakfast on the terrace. Lovely view!!! And this home is so close to everything we wanted to do around the area. Anne-Laure is a super host indeed! She brought us flowers from her beautiful garden, answered our questions and even helped us with laundry and the kitchen trash! Five stars any day!!! Keep it up!

We have a perfect Holiday in clemence’s house!! We really felt at home, cozy and comfortable. The kids loved the place, there’s a lot of toys and activities for them don’t be bored 😂 I would say it was much more than I was expecting!

Victoria est très réactive et cherche des solutions aux questions. Notamment elle a fait l’achat d’une chaise haute pour bébé avant notre venue. A savoir à présent il y en a donc une. De même elle a pu nous dépanner sur un siege auto. Par contre pas de lit bébé, le nôtre a dormi sur un matelas au sol. Le gros avantage de la maison est ses 4 chambres, dont à noter 3 chambres lit simple (chambres enfant). L’un des lits est assez basique (2 matelas l’un sur l’autre). La région est exceptionnelle de par le lac et le Lavaux, voire Lausanne et Montreux. En revanche la maison est assez excentrée, au dessus de l’autoroute, à 635m d’altitude. La proximité de l’autoroute d’ailleurs s’entend. Il y a un bus 47 de l’autre côté de l’autoroute, très facile d’accès à pied via un passage souterrain. Les abords vers le nord (vers le haut) permettent quelques promenades intéressantes.

Wir waren über Ostern ein paar Tage in Johns Haus. Es hat alles super geklappt und uns hat es im Haus an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus und die Lage hat uns gut gefallen, viel Natur und Ruhe, wir konnten richtig gut abschalten. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht bei Maude zu Gast, konnten aber sogar früher einchecken – das hat genauso wie der Check-out reibungslos funktioniert. Am Abend haben wir das Jazz Festival in Cully besucht, was ein tolles Erlebnis war. Besonders empfehlen können wir auch die Weindegustation mit Essensbegleitung bei JC Piccard am Nachmittag. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt – danke, Maude!

A well-decorated appartment in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood!

El alojamiento de Caroline es confortable, acogedor, amplio, completo y en una ubicación excelente. Repetiría sin duda. Además Caroline es muy accesible y muy amable.

Nice top floor apartment on the hillside with great view on the lake and the mountains. One cat is included in the price. Maybe two next time :) The owner was super friendly and helped us whenever we needed something. Lutry has a fantastic public beach around 20 minutes walk from the apartment (or 25 minutes uphill). There's plenty of space, a good buffet, lot of shadow. Even kayak and SUP rental is available. I checked out the nearby towns, and Lutry had by far the best beach. The only thing that I didn't like was the traffic noise from the street during the day. The nights were fortunately calm. We likely visited the place on the hottest week of the year. The upper floor got really hot, but the lower floor was okay. Perhaps some stronger fans could have helped. Anyway, the temperature should be okay for the vast majority of the year.

Casa molto bella e grande, ottima posizione,Joaquin molto disponibile e immediato a rispondere alla nostre domande. Posizione ortima per spostarsi a piedi o coi mezzi pubblici. Sicuramente consigliabile a chi deve soggiornare a Losanna.

Wir waren während dem ETF in Lausanne. Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen und war perfekt gelegen (in der Nähe der Turnhallen wie auch Bushaltestelle). Maïla war freundlich und gut erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung

Le studio était exactement comme sur les photos ! Une petite décoration à été faite, c’était adorable. Mon compagnon et moi étions enchantés de ce week-end ! L’hôte était très réactif et très professionnel ! Je recommande cet endroit !

Amazing place in a great location with many activities to do in the region. Charlène made sure we had everything we needed (with some complimentary goodies!). From information on what to do, how to get there (bikes were included), to a fully equipped kitchen and an amazing bathroom. Fully recommend to anyone looking for a quite getaway with fun activities and great sights.

Maison parfaitement conforme aux descriptif. Très lumineuse, bien équipée. Communication très facile très rapide avec Gideon. Arrivée très facile et flexible. Parfait pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants (2 lits double et 2 lits simples).

Je n'ai que de bonnes choses à dire sur cette maison dans laquelle j'ai passé 3 semaines, ainsi que ses hôtes. Tout a été facile du début à la fin, les hôtes étaient très sympathiques, réactifs et accommodants, la maison est immense et très bien située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme mais à juste 15 minutes de marche du centre. La propriété est spacieuse, lumineuse, avec une véranda très agréable pour les beaux jours et un joli jardin, en plus des autres commodités comme le bain tourbillon et le sauna. Tout était impeccablement propre et rangé et nous avons eu un accès illimité à tout pour un prix vraiment très honnête. Je recommande cette location à 100% et j'y retournerais avec plaisir :)

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende im Haus von Patrice (6 Erwachsene mit 4 Kindern). Wir hatten alle genügend Platz für Rückzugsort und tolle, grosse Gemeinschaftsräume. Die Grosszügigkeit von Patrice und seiner Familie hat uns sehr überwältigt. Soo viele Spielsachen durften benutzt werden. Für unsere Kinder war es das absolute Paradies! Auch die Ausstattung in der Küche, im Bad und im Garten war absolut fantastisch. Der Pool und der Garten waren ein Traum. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen und haben die Zeit bei Patrice sehr genossen. Gerne kommen wir ein anderesmal wieder.

We had a beautiful stay at the house, it’s very quiet, has a wonderful setting and is well equipped. Stuart was very responsive and forthcoming. You do need a car for getting around for shopping and visiting nearby attractions, and the traffic can get dense during rushhour. This house is highly recommended if you want to spend some beautiful days at and on the lake Geneva.

In diesem kleinen Chalet fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Die Lage ist ruhig und die Aussicht sehr schön. Wir reisten als Familie mit drei Kindern an. Für uns war die Zimmeraufteilung perfekt und die Platzverhältnisse im Wohnbereich waren angenehm. Der grosse Sitzplatz lädt zu gemütlichem Verweilen ein und die Kinder genossen es, auf der Wiese herumzuspielen. Die Einrichtung war schlicht und stilvoll. Die Küche ist trotz der engen Platzverhältnissen zweckgemäss eingerichtet und es gibt einen Geschirrspüler. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir buchen es gerne wieder.
