I was extremely happy and satisfied with the place. For parking matters, ask in advance, you can purchase a full-time parking permit for the blue zone in the municipality, 3 minutes walk away. I would check in with Elisabeth again anytime. TOP

We were late for our scheduled arrival and our host adapted without any problems. We were greeted with courtesy and were able to communicate in English. During the initial visit to the premises, the owner took the time to explain the operation of the apartment's equipment. On site, coffee refills and a base of sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar for cooking and a welcome gift in the refrigerator. Well decorated and very equipped apartment. Premium bedding. We had a quiet stay, the owner was very discreet, no noise in the house. We can only recommend this address where you can feel that everything has been thought of in detail to welcome you in the best conditions.

If we could, we would even give 10 stars here. This apartment is an absolute paradise. Super tasteful and furnished with a lot of love, it really has everything you need and more and the fantastic view of Lake Constance - just WOW ! Bettina is a wonderful hostess , she immediately makes you feel well taken care of - she is uncomplicated, warm and provides you with great tips. We stayed here the first time, but certainly not the last time !

What a lovely place in beautiful Appenzell! Berti was the best host! Showed us to the apartment and explained where everything was. Quite roomy! Nicely decorated. Kitchen had good assortment of spices and coffee/creamer. The rooftop was amazing with the views and totally private. Totally walkable from train station and shops , restaurants. It does get a bit warm and a little street noise. Would definitely stay again !

Stephan's place is a lovely studio apartment. Very modern and clean, I loved staying there. ❤️ The pool area looks lovely! I struggled a bit with my heavy suitcase, up to the 3rd floor with no lift but I was expecting that. It's an easy 10 minutes walk to the waterfront or 15 minutes scooter ride (Dott App) to the Messe Friedrichshafen for conferences. Be aware there's no Uber or English speaking taxis, but Stephan was so lovely to book me a taxi from the station and back again! I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed staying in this lovely, well equipped home. Clean and spacious, in a pleasant, residential area, very quiet. Private, off-street parking right at the side of the house. 25 minute easy stroll on to the island with its very interesting museums and historical buildings. Very friendly and helpful owners.

Janine is a very hospitable, helpful, and attentive host. Her home was spotlessly clean and gave us great peace of mind during our family stay. The location is perfect—nestled in the Alps and right by a flowing stream, we enjoyed a wonderful three-night stay. The house is equipped with everything you might need.

Spectacular location and a house that matches.. we had a lovely time, very well designed and built house, takes fully advantage of the beautiful scenery out side, highly recommended.. PS.. this applies for only during May-June ‘25 as the road in front of the house is getting repaired, it is important to note that there is only walking access to the house. This means that guests will need to carry their luggage for certain sections of the route from the parking lot.. just to provide clarity there is no option to drag your wheeled luggage to the house, it will need to be carried. Just wanted to provide this clarity as I thought this was assumed by us.. although the host had communicated to use about the access but this aspect was not clarified.

The communication with Gerda before and during the stay is fine. Upon arrival, she showed us everything and explained everything. Gerda is very kind and very helpful. She insists not to ask for anything. She responds quickly to our questions and check in between if everything is to your liking. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in impeccable condition. You can feel right at home. The rooms are large and modern. There is a very large garden with stunning mountain views. All in all, highly recommend.

Nice and quiet apartment in walking distance from the center of Isny. Great choice for a stop on our way to Italy. Will certainly come back if we are around

I was able to call Michaela's accommodation my home for the last few days. From check-in, stay to check-out, everything went smoothly. I immediately felt comfortable in the apartment, where everything is available for daily needs. A small welcome snack package completes the whole. Michaela is always available for questions. We were in St. Peterzell for a short trip with the vintage car to explore the area from there. The charming Toggenburg, Lake Constance, St. Gallen. The old house is lovingly and very originally renovated and we enjoyed living in it. Everything you need was available and even more, such as records, not played in ages :-) The house was sparkling clean and in every corner we discovered new beautiful things. People over 1.80 m have to duck their heads in the rooms (classic house just for the area...) Adeline immediately asked if we had everything and was immediately available for questions. We would come back, thank you very much!

Right from the start, Janin was "eating good cherries"😁 - consistently likeable communication, helpful and generously accommodating when it comes to pre-check-in and very late checkout 🫶🏻 The house has everything and more we needed for a nice family weekend! The location is ideally suited for hikes from the house. We come back to everyday life

Really nice appartment perfectly located in Walenstadt. It's a two-bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen and both roomy bathroom and living/diningroom. Highlight is the nice view from the living room as well as the outside area. Fully and well equipped: comfortable beds, the kitchen incl. dish-washing and coffee machines, living room featuring TV incl. gaming console, grill in the exterior area. Some details went beyond expectations: bathroom with pleasant toileteries, complete equipment to grill outside. Location is really convenient. Aprox 10 min walk from both the centre of Walenstadt, as well as from the lake and the big playground for the kids. The area is residential area, at the very end of street hence quite and reassuring for the kids playing outside. Michaela was a wonderful host, preparing the appartment up to details, and also answering questions and helping us to make the stay even more convenient. Looking forward to coming back soon!

The apartment has some of the best views of anywhere we have stayed. Spectacular mountain scenery for relaxing in the evenings. A fantastic location to be based for hiking the Liechtenstein way for a week. All amenities you could need are provided. Bus stop 1 minute from the apartment to bring you to Vaduz with easy connections to everywhere, or Malbun in the other direction. We did not meet Sigi but she gave clear instructions and was responsive to all of our questions.

Large apartment that is well furnished with a kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The neighbourhood is also very quiet - all we could hear were birds chirping. We also appreciated the clear instructions given by Raphael and Dianna. Overall, this is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore the Appenzell region!

The apartment is great. Unfortunately, I was not well on arrival (we were only passing through on our way home) and then decided to drive home :-( Nevertheless, everyone was very kind and understanding.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful apartment in Lochau – a real Bodenseedomizil! :) The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need. Particularly convenient: right next door, there is a spar, and in just 10-15 minutes you will be at Lake Constance or at the train station. A small note: The staircase to the bedroom is quite steep – you should be more careful at night if you have to get into the bathroom quickly. Check-in was super easy, and communication with the host was friendly and straightforward. Overall a clear recommendation!
