Family-friendly holiday rentals in Laval

We had a great time at this cottage! Only an hour away from Montreal (without traffic), the cottage was easy to get to. Once we were inside, we were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen is well stocked with lots of pans, ample cooking tools, and cleaning supplies. The bedrooms were generously large, and the living spaces allowed us to spend time together in comfort. The lake is also stunning. Quiet and deep, it made for a great swim or paddle board. We were able to see tadpoles and a snapping turtle, also indicating that the lake is healthy! Just be careful getting to the lake, as the path needs a little TLC. Lastly, our host generously supplied us with ample firewood for a small price. This let us have a great camp fire. All in all I would strongly recommend this venue for your next family get together or friends trip. Our host was friendly, helpful, and the amenities were great for the price!

Ryan’s place was great to stay at. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful. The place was very clean and Ryan gave us privacy but was very responsive as well which was great. Parking was easy and very convenient. No complaints. Would come back.

Très belle petite maison. Les pieces sont de belles grandeurs et ont du cachet. Le spa est tres agréable. Apres quelques problèmes de communication au début, Audrey a par la suite très bien répondu à nos questions. Il faut faire attention car les autos roulent vite devant la maison. Ça peut incommoder ceux qui dorment ds la chambre avant.

L'un des rares chalets à offrir à la fois assez de chambres et de lits pour nos 8 enfants au sous-sol, et un espace privé pour les parents à l'étage. Situé dans un magnifique environnement boisé, en montagne, mais tout de même à quelques minutes en voiture de nombreuses commodités et activités, c'était l'endroit parfait pour fêter notre anniversaire de mariage avec notre famille!

Absolutely wonderful chalet! This was our second stay at Philippe’s property, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. The chalet is beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully considered to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere, combined with the stunning views, makes it the perfect retreat. Philippe is a gracious and attentive host, always available to ensure everything runs smoothly. We had such a relaxing time, and we're already looking forward to our next visit. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful setting!

If I could give this place six stars I would! Perfect location right in the heart of things. The street in front becomes a pedestrian walkway in the summer. Walking distance to countless parks and places to eat and drink. Equipped with all we need, and everything our toddler needed too. They helped with multiple issues we had (a last min stay bc of another cancelled Airbnb, internet issues, and they also bent over backwards to give us a late checkout to align with our toddler’s nap). This place is what you want in an Airbnb- good location, clean, space to store everything, but also not totally bland and characterless. We will stay again if we visit Montreal again.

This was my family's first time visiting Canada and after our wonderful weeklong stay at Stephane's airbnb, we can't wait to come back! The house is absolutely beautiful, has plenty of space for guests, and is in a private and peaceful setting. Lots of nice restaurants and shops within a short drive. My oldest daughter and I attended the Formula 1 Grand Prix over the weekend portion of our stay and felt that the commute to Old Montreal (around an hour) was not bad at all.

Henry’s home was exactly as listed. Quiet street, restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Henry was very helpful and responsive when we encountered a problem and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy in his home. A very kind and accommodating person, we couldn’t have asked for a better host than Henry.

Very nice people, felt very welcome. Having been there for 2 years in a row, I have only nice things to say. Thank you for everything.

Marie was a great host and very accommodating for our family of 6. Her instructions were always clear. The place was just as described and very spacious. I highly recommend.

Calme, incroyablement beau la vue, l' espace de la maison intérieur et extérieur. La propreté des lieux.Les détails pour assuré le confort des visiteurs.Les bases essentielles d'une maison, tout y était. Le foyer. Salle de lavage. Animaux acceptés. L' adaptation partiel pour une personne en fauteuil roulant,c est super! Les moins: Le réseau internet moyen. Unique salle de bain, pas de ventilation. Le divan est inconfortable.Certains équipements seraient dû à être renouvelés.Tiques présentes. Bref, je recommande cette maison. J' y retournerais sans hésitation.C'est un endroit magnifique. Près de l'autoroute, des restaurants et des services. Merci énormément à nos hôtes.

We had a fantastic stay at Jacques's home! The location was ideal with lots of restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries and the Jean Talon market within walking distance. We enjoyed exploring the neighbourhood and checked out many recommendations from the house guide. The metro was less than a 10 minutes walk and allowed us to explore all the other areas of Montreal easily. The home itself was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen is well equipped and we loved sitting on the back patio. Don't hesitate to book this place. We hope to visit again!

this is my second time staying here, and it was every bit as good as the first time. parking is easy with a space behind the unit, a quick walk to restaurants and and the metro leaves you close enough to the city, but still feeling like a local in a quiet neighborhood. can't wait to come back

Nous revenons enchantés de notre long week-end au chalet Blue Jay et ne rêvons que d’y retourner! Le chalet est magnifique, vaste, lumineux, calme, offrant des vues incroyables sur la nature environnante et très joliment décoré. Il dispose de tous les équipements de loisirs nécessaires incluant sauna, jacuzzi, bbq au gaz, table de billard, foyer au bois extérieur, et piscine privée d’extérieur en saison (que nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu tester car pas encore ouverte). Nous avons aimé chaque minute de notre séjour et le conseillons vivement à tous.

Great place to stay outside of Montreal! It rained a lot of the weekend we stayed so we were happy to have a spacious place that had so many amenities while we were there! It’s about a 30-45 minute drive into the city and was in a very peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend to families with children as there was a lot of toys and activities for kids to do at the house

Nice comfy apartment. Steps won’t be for persons with mobility issues, but great overall.
