Tram 5 minutes walk All shops, within 50 meters including a supermarket. The apartment accommodates 2 people.

Refurbished, upscale amenities: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, etc. Ideal for work and tourism, couples or families. Separate bedroom, sofa bed (living room area): sleeps 4 people. Near F. VERDIER station (metro line B) and bus lines 1 and 8. Large loggia, 10th floor, view of Place Dupuy and Canal du Midi.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)
