Two terraces, one of which is 30 m², garden, access to swimming pool and outdoor games shared with the owners. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, toilet. Second floor: bedroom with private shower room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet. Electric heating + wood-burning stove. Free baby equipment upon request.

Small traditional Toulouse house, said to be on one level, completely renovated, located in the Sept Deniers district, a stone's throw from the Ponts Jumeaux and 15 minutes from the hyper center. In fine weather, you can enjoy a dining area on the terrace in the shade of an arbor overlooking the owner's vegetable garden and in case of high heat, the recently installed air conditioning will bring you some freshness.

Our goal is to provide the best possible welcome to travelers passing through, within a reasonable budget. Simple and 18m2 in size, our studio is nevertheless very functional, fully renovated in 2023. It is close to all shops within walking distance. Arrive independently at a time that suits you, temporarily park in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then park nearby for free. Bus lines L109 - Labège or L6 and 81 - Toulouse via the metro are 100 m away. Security cam outside.

Albi is 40 minutes away (Unesco World Heritage Cathedral) 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne, Revel and its market and the St Férréol basin.

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

Charming house located by the water near the medieval village of Bruniquel. You will appreciate its large garden without overlooking, the shade of its oaks, and the local fauna (birds, squirrels...). The calm of nature will recharge your batteries. Its park and private beach with direct access to the river offer many activities: swimming (progressive water level), fishing, canoeing (at your disposal). Nearby hiking trails will offer you nice walks.

Cozy Puylaurens house

80 m² single-family home on 2 levels, close to all shops, restaurants, city center and supermarkets. Free parking on site and nearby. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge...) overlooking the dining room and living room equipped with a sofa bed. Upstairs, two bedrooms with a 140 bed, one with a desk and the other with a barred baby bed. Please note, bed linen is not provided. Bathroom with shower and double sink.

"En Macary" Gîte, 2/3 people

We offer an upstairs gîte, adjoining our family home, and next to our other gîte "Au Pigeon Voyageur". It is located in the countryside, at the foot of our dovecote and the stone bread oven dated 1613, in a small hamlet of 3 houses. Graulhet is the closest town (8 km away with 15,000 inhabitants). It has exceptional views of the Pyrenees. You will find typical elements of the region, exposed stone walls, parquet and wooden beams.

For rent for the holidays, week or weekend, pretty house in a flower garden, residential and relaxing area of Saint-Sulpice-la-Pointe, small town located between Toulouse and Albi. We don't accept rentals longer than a month. In the middle of the fields and very close to the village, a beautiful farmhouse and its dovecote offers you a large exposed stone room with its beams and torch. Upstairs, the dorm. In front of the cottage, an equipped garden allows you to have your meals.
