We had a great stay at Kathy’s place. Great place for a family as it was my husband and two children that stayed the night. Decorated so cute and the beds were super comfortable. Kathy was very responsive with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Area is great and surrounded by lots of restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and the view of the mountains was a touch. They were very responsive and had a very detailed instructions of how to get in to the apartment. Amazing place wish i stayed longer. Thank you Tiko and Co for an amazing experience in Phoenix !

Great amenities, friendly staff.

We had a very nice stay while in town for a wedding. The condo was very clean and we enjoyed the unique decor. We did have a chance to visit the pool area and it also was clean and refreshing. The location for us was very convenient from old town Scottsdale for restaurants and shopping. (Within a mile) Also convenient was a grocery store and coffee shop right across the street. Janet communicated very well with specific directions to get to condo. I hope to get to visit again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much! We were provided with clear instructions to check in and the condo is very well equipped and extremely clean. The beds are very comfortable and Don was always very responsive when I had a couple of questions. We will definitely come back.

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.

Great place to stay with two little kids. Plenty of pools to access including the JW Marriott across the street. Villa offered plenty of space for my family. Host was very responsive.

I really enjoyed staying at Dana's BNB off Baseline Rd. It was exactly as described in her listing. Dana was easy to talk to and always responsive. We were visiting the area to attend a ball game at Chase Field. My 11 year old enjoyed the pool both nights during our stay!

Absolutely beautiful home. The host left waters in all bedrooms which was a nice touch. The backyard is the best part. Beds are very comfortable. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to great restaurants, hiking trails, and local attractions. Jayde was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear check-in instructions. The bed was super comfy, the AC worked great (a must in Phoenix!), and having a well-stocked kitchen made the stay even more convenient. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in town. Absolutely loved this place. Host was super kind and helpful. we had a hard time finding the place but that could of been us or the instructions. Not sure. really enjoyed the condo and it's amenities. loved the shower.

This place is close to Phoenix downtown (about 10 minutes' drive). The home is spacious, super clean and well decorated. We enjoyed our time here a lot. Although this place is right next to the highway, and the neighborhood doesn't seem safe, it is quiet and safe within the house.
