Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Laveen Village, Phoenix

House was clean, tastefully decorated. Location met our needs, close to family, but it does back up to an intersection, privacy wall.

Jessica and her husband have created a beautiful, welcoming, and cozy home in my favorite Phoenix neighborhood, Arcadia! The house looks exactly like the photos, but even better in person. It features a perfect kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, a dedicated office, and an amazing front and backyard with a relaxing entertainment area. It’s one of the few places in the area that truly has it all, walkable restaurants and bars, a family-friendly vibe, and a neighborhood full of life. I’d absolutely recommend this stay to anyone!

I enjoy my stay in Arizona. I went there for a concert and it was definitely a vibe. I do with there was a microwave but i think the point was to cook your own meals not reheat stuff (if i was there for longer i definitely wouldve cooked meals for sure!). The bedroom was really nice , the bed itself was amazing. I was there alone which made me feel a little nervous bc of how open it was but it was still relatively quiet and private and i didnt get any disturbing vibes. Corey is also extremely responsive and was chill asf with me. I really appreciated the communication. Other Bnb hosts were pretty dicks twords me but Corey had patience with me so, thats a 5 star right there lol. Overrall my favorite part was experiencing my first Arizona lightning storm? It was FANTASTIC on the balcony. I had the bedroom door open so i can listen to the rain and ugh- it was so nice. I loved it! Oh, also VERY clean!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The neighborhood was quiet and the home was as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we would need and more. We were surprised with all the small appliances that you normally would not see in an Airbnb which made our dining-in experience that much better. The pizza oven was awesome and the Ninja Creami machine was so fun! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to those needing a great place to stay.

We rented this Airbnb because it was right near our daughter, son in law and grandkids. Grandparents need their space too. There are a lot of things to do within 20 minutes if not less. The pool was great and refreshing. The house was immaculate and well maintained. The snacks were a welcomed surprise. I highly recommend people to rent this location.

Probably the best Airbnb that i’ve ever stayed in! Clean, quiet, and comfortable for our one night stay in Phoenix! The host was great as well! They let us check in a little early since we were in town earlier than expected! A great stay!

We spent a week at this beautiful house during our daughter’s graduation week from ASU. It was super easy to get to her apartment in downtown Phoenix to unpack, and even easier to get over to Tempe where the ceremonies took place. There are plenty of coffee, shops and restaurants within walking distance that we took advantage of. The pool was a great respite from our busy days. Giorgio was super responsive and so friendly! Thank you!!

Loved the stay here. It was clean, peaceful, and quiet. The home was nice and modern. Close to a lot of good eats and downtown. Will definitely stay here again.

Tim's place was perfect. It had everything we needed and then some. He even went out and got me a coffee pot for my stay! TIm's place was comfortable and welcoming. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd definitely stay here.

Great neighborhood location with easy access to main roads. Cute quaint modern interior with coffee/tea provided. Pleasant quiet shared courtyard. 2 ample bedrooms and adorable kitchen

James has a beautiful and private home in Phoenix and I am SO jealous! I especially loved the historic touches throughout the home and the lovely garden with water features that truly made it even more relaxing. Parking is very private and you can see your car from the bedroom window. The space was clean and tidy, there was even some cold filtered water and ice for guests! Plenty of towels and tp in the bathroom. The a/c was super cold and perfect after a hot day in Phoenix. I will 100% be returning to stay at James’ place the next time I am in town! Thank you so much!

I’ve stayed in several Air BnBs in the Phoenix area and other cities. This was by far my favorite experience. The property was perfect for my girls’ trip with my daughter. Ashley was an amazing host and thought of everything we could possibly need. Definitely plan to stay at one of her properties on future trips.

We had a great stay at the cool and cozy condo. The unit was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and supplies, and though we did not cook during our short stay, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. The location is great and we enjoyed the coffee shop across the street. The complex was really quiet, the AC worked great during the hot weather we had, and we were glad to have a covered parking spot. We would definitely stay again on a future visit to Scottsdale.

Great place and location for downtown PHX

We stayed at this lovely condo for four nights, and we were 100% pleased with our stay. The unit was exactly as pictured and described with all the comforts of home. It was very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub areas were lovely and quiet. Was nice to see the different types of vegetation throughout the complex. Quick drive/Waymo to some great restaurants and Old Town Scottsdale. Rene was a very pleasant and responsive host! We would not hesitate to recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous condo in Avondale, just a 20 minute drive from Metro Phoenix. Condo is large, comfy, homey, and has everything you need. Parking spot right outside is awesome. Absolutely recommend.

This was a nice, basic accommodation. Nothing fancy but served our purposes. Clean and comfortable. The host was responsive, for example, when we noticed there weren't enough blankets, it was resolved very quickly. Comfortable beds and nice cold A/C. I would stay here again.

Great spot if you're splitting time for a tournament between Peoria and Surprise. Place was quiet, comfortable and clean...matched description and photos. I would stay again.

Clean, cozy and awesome location nearby the amphitheater. Would for sure stay here again next concert. Grateful for a restful night!

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.

Stayed here last minute for an anniversary staycation in Phoenix. Very clean and walkable to bars and restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The host gave detailed instructions and was excellent with communication! The place was clean and worked well for our circumstances. Loved having double vanities.
