We were pleased to find accommodation available where we could all stay and have a bed, have our second Christmas Day and generally be together with lots of space. Having the pool to enjoy was a particular bonus as most of us enjoy the water.

Van is in one of the best spots for views and privacy. Very comfortable with everything you need close by. Another fab stay.

Laura’s house is beautiful, it’s very private and the pool is fantastic. The house is cosy and spotless clean. The area is also quite nice, and there’s also a pub walking distance.

Had a lovely relaxing stay in a great property. I really quiet location with fantastic outdoor space that was perfect for a family break. The kitchen had all we needed for our meal prep and Clacton is a short drive away for the big supermarket shop. Recommend that you take your garden games but don't forget to pack your swimming bits to spend time in one of the hot tubs afterwards. All the family said they would love to stay there again. Antonina was always speedy and helpful with responses and helped us retrieve the items that we managed to leave behind.

Situated in the heart of the city, we were able to explore all that Cambridge has to offer with ease. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations in every way. Celesta has been a great host from first booking 8 months before, communicating through out answering any questions, helpful advice and letting me know when issues arose - and going above and beyond to have everything sorted for our arrival. Lovely stay had everything we needed, perfect location, train station walkable straight into the city within 10 minutes.

Overall great stay with the family at Kim's place. Good communication and good facilities at the Airbnb, the pool was a nice extra and one of the main reasons we picked this place! We hoped the heated pool would be warmer, but you soon acclimatise to the temperature. The top of the stairs has a strange layout and very easy to trip over on, which my neice did do and the rest of us had to be very careful not to do! Otherwise a nice stay and a short bus away from the main town centre/tourist attractions.

Incredible cottage in which to stay, with amazing architectural features, very clean rooms, and everything you could possibly need. Our hosts were extremely communicative, and were very kind to allay any fears we had in advance about the temperature in the cottage (we travelled with our dog in extremely hot weather). We were thrilled on arrival to enter a blissfully cool cottage! Our little dog absolutely loved his first airbnb stay adventuring in the lovely secure garden (complete with passion fruit and figs growing along the fences), beautiful local walks, snoozing on the snuggly sofa and settled astoundingly well into this lovely little romantic getaway. This is the perfect, extremely dog friendly location, with a lovely dog bed and bowls already provided too. From a human point of view, the sofa was gorgeous, and the bed was incredibly comfortable….we slept like logs. Great little shop at no.62 to grab some brekkie on a lazy Sunday morning too… just perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at the Granary for my mother’s 70th birthday—it truly exceeded our expectations. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and clearly take great pride in creating a space that feels both comfortable and special. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful setting, surrounded by wildlife like birds and rabbits, this is the place. It's also conveniently close to local shops and restaurants, with no shortage of things to do nearby. We wholeheartedly recommend it and would love to return!

This was, I believe my 6th stay here. It’s perfect for visiting our relatives. Lovely bungalow, in peaceful surroundings! Rachel is always very helpful and lovely to communicate with. Thankyou once again!

What a beautiful place to stay. The cottage is immaculate and the surroundings amazing - we loved watching pheasants and hares in the field outside the sitting room and bedroom windows. As we have dogs it was super to have a safe enclosed garden and then to be able to open the gate straight onto the footpath - we enjoyed several local walks from the doorstep. We were staying to host a birthday lunch for my mother and sister, and it was such a bonus to have a well equipped kitchen and excellent dining/social space. Plus the bed was very comfy and showers were hot! A great place to stay - we hope to stay again when we next visit family nearby

Beautiful home with gorgeous surroundings. Clear instructions, responsive host, and everything had been thought of. So much care has gone into making this place a sanctuary for people to enjoy, with an appreciate for the outdoors and nature at its heart. We had such a peaceful stay here. Thank you so much.

All three of us felt very comfortable. We liked being able to visit in the common area and it was great having two bathrooms. We each found the kitchen easy to use and appreciated having a laundry machine on the premises. In addition, we love the location. We frequented neighborhood pubs and restaurants, and visited the Abbey Gardens daily.

What an absolutely beautiful home. We felt so at ease, home away from home! My little girl was obsessed with saying hello to the cows and watching them in the fields. Sitting out in the garden watching the cows and birds was so relaxing! The cottage is beautiful, very well equipped. The host is amazing, so helpful and kind. Even moved a cabinet to fit our little girls cot in the room, we will forever appreciate that! The location is spot on, so much to explore and beautiful places to eat and drink! We can’t wait to come again, we felt so sad to be saying goodbye to the little mouse house. Thank you for having us, take care and see you soon xx

Beautiful and peaceful space, perfect for a small group of friends. Clean rooms, comfy beds! Particularly love the garden and outdoor covered area. Would 100% recommend! Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

We booked this place at very short notice because a family member had been taken into hospital near by. It was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped which helped a lot in a stressful situation. The hosts live next door and were friendly and responsive without being intrusive.

The house is absolutely stunning and Katie was a fantastic host, being super helpful and responsive with any questions we had before arriving.

We were made to feel welcome from the moment we booked until after we left. Beautiful little touches like delicious fresh eggs from their chickens, milk, butter, jam, biscuits and a range of hot drinks etc. It felt spacious, the interior (and exterior) was beautiful and comfortable, the log burning stove was lit for our arrival ( Sharon messaged to ask if this is what we wanted) and all instructions before we arrived and in the house were clear and most helpful. We felt we had our own space, yet there was always friendly helpful advice on hand. We couldn’t have wished for more. Thank you Sharon.

We enjoyed our stay in Sian's house. The property was clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds. We walked into the city centre in under 30 minutes though it was easy enough to order an Uber if needed. Appreciated having somewhere to park off road. The house is good value for money - I'd recommend it and would be happy to return.

We (family of 4) had a lovely stay in Sara's house. The house is in a lovely location, with a gorgeous view. Sara was very helpful throughout, in particular helping us with bits and pieces for our baby.

Beautiful place stay. Not our first time here and certainly won’t be the last. It’s perfect for exploring the local area and it’s great that we can bring our dog. The house is full of character and has everything you could want along with a lively relaxing garden. Very convenient access to the main roads and yet a lovely rural location which feels safe and secure.

Fabulous! Everything was clean and tidy, instructions for everything! If you’re using the oven, use the right half, it’s easier! Would happily return!
