"La casetta nel bosco" is an environment immersed in the greenery of chestnut and linden trees, to "listen to nature that speaks" but also to music (acoustic speakers on each floor, even outdoors) and let yourself be lulled by moments of slow, simple, authentic life. It is located in a small alpine village from which you start to reach other villages and towns, on foot and by car. Historic house from 1669, renovated in 1977 and renovated again in 2017. It is located in the lower part of Semione, in direct contact with the countryside. It is part of a small rural nucleus surrounded by fields, orchards and vineyards 300 meters from the river. It is divided into two apartments with separate entrances: one of about 200 square meters and another of about 40 square meters with a sauna. The two apartments are connected by an internal staircase that allows you to have the entire house.
