Anne was so lovely! She made us feel right at home on our holiday to the isles. The wee cottage looks even better in person and feels nice and secluded with the surrounding garden, and the amenities are ideal for a couple. The cottage is a 5 min drive down to Stornoway centre so great if you’ve got bikes but still feels private and away from the business of the town. But Anne’s warmth and hospitality was what made it 10/10 - we didn’t want to go home! Fantastic xx

We had a great stay here! The apartment is so cosy and homely, makes for a great central stay to visit Lewis. Marion was so helpful and responsive and allowed us to easily add on an extra night as our ferry time was changed. The apartment was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again if in Lewis. Thanks!

What a great find . We come to the western isles a lot but usually have the car and like to stay out of Stornoway. We were only coming for the weekend this time and weren’t bringing car so booked to stay in town. the property is located a 5-7 min walk from the centre of town and is easy to find. the coop is next door and the location was quiet. The house is emasculate and the bed comfy. Gillian graciously let us stay a bit later on Sunday

We had a great few days at Liz's place. It was really well equipped, with lots of thoughtful extras. And fantastic eggs from her chickens! We had a few long, quite wet days and the big bath was a very welcome luxury in the evening. Liz was there if we needed her but also happy to leave us to do our own thing. A great base for exploring.
