Apartment holiday rentals in Laxenburg

Spacious, bright and nice apartment in a suburb of Vienna. For us a nice base for a few days in Vienna. Communication with Arkadi was very good, he had answer to every question and was very helpful. Plenty of parking space at the apartment and amenities such as gas station , supermarket and a few local restaurants nearby. Do take into account 20-30 min travel time to the center of Vienna, but that is not surprising for a city that is so large and expansive. Apartment is equipped with everything you need, and the beds are fine.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The design of the rooms is beautiful—stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged down to every little detail. The space felt very comfortable and welcoming, and I especially appreciated the lovely dishes, nespresso coffee machine and overall decor. The location is also good—just a short walk to the tram station, and only about 5 minutes to get to Karlsplatz, which made getting around the city super easy. Kinka, the host, was amazing—very helpful and quick to respond to any requests or questions. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

The appartment is really spacious, very nice and comes with high ceilings and wooden floors - the way we like it! Beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms have been renovated with taste and a clear focus on user friendliness. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that invites to talk walks. Tram and subway are a few minutes away, the city center being very reachable. After a day downtown, it is a pleasure to come home. Two minutes away, there is a fantastic bio grocery store. My family really enjoyed our time in Vienna and at Isabelle's place. The apartment was super clean. Isabelle was very helpful and made sure our stay as comfortable as possible. We appreciated everything she did for us.

Lia is a wonderful, responsive host. She was friendly and was happy to help us with everything, including restaurant recommendations. The apartment is spacious and very clean. It felt right at home. The kitchen also has everything you might need. :) Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be staying there again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay in Daniel’s apartment. Everything was exactly as described, spotless and comfortable, and the neighbourhood has plenty of playgrounds—perfect for families. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and Daniel really helped us out by arranging a late check-out, which made our departure much easier. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Vienna.

We spent some very nice days in this charming apartment in the 19th district of Vienna. The apartment is located in a tastefully renovated old villa and is in excellent condition – everything was very clean, well maintained and furnished with great attention to detail. The kitchen is excellently equipped - everything you need is really there. I found it particularly pleasant that even sharp knives were available - a rarity in apartments! Things like baking paper, dishwasher tabs and other practical little things were also thought of – very attentive. The rooms are generously proportioned, comfortably furnished and offer plenty of space to feel good. Very practical: The bus stop is practically right outside the door, which makes the connection to the city center and other destinations very uncomplicated. Andreas was extremely friendly, courteous and easy to reach. Check-in went smoothly. We will be happy to come back!

Great little apartment with lovely bed and views. A bit further out, but great Turkish restaurant’s close by.

We traveled as a family with 2 small children and felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need. A baby bed and a high chair were also provided for our baby. There was even a parking space directly at the house, which we were allowed to use. From the apartment, you could explore Vienna by public transport. There were several bus and tram stops nearby. Also 2 supermarkets for shopping and a nice playground were around the corner. Thanks to the visitor folder in the apartment, we also ate in good restaurants nearby and at reasonable prices. We were very satisfied and would be happy to come back :)

Everything was a great fit. Simple communication & clean apartment. The center of Vienna is easy to reach by public transport.

When travelling it is so nice to find a home away from home!!! After long days of sightseeing, I would retreat to the yellow chair and my husband to the sofa! The apartment was pristine! It had EVERYTHING you could possibly want. There is a great grocery store BILLA just up the street. Very reasonable food prices and great selection. Roman was incredibly responsive and was helpful in giving us options as to where we could store our luggage for the time in between our checkout and boat trip to Bratislava. We would definitively stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Vienna!

This accommodation is located on the edge of the new Sonnwendviertel and is super connected with public transport. The Viktor Adler Markt is within walking distance. The roof terrace is great!

We had a nice getaway in Sara's apartment. The location is great, you can reach the city center quickly by public transport. The free parking on the weekend in front of the house was also great. The bedroom goes to the courtyard, sleeping was easily possible with the window open. Showering in the bathtub requires some practice, without flooding the whole bath. You should be😀 fit when you go to the 3rd floor 😅 Contact with Sara was hassle-free and friendly. We will be happy to come back. 👍

Was a super apartment with a free underground parking space! The subway to the city center can be reached within 5 minutes! I'm sure we'll come back!

The place was truly amazing, and the host was so helpful. We ran into small issues with parking and taking our luggage upstairs but it’s extremely minor and didn’t affect our stay. Highly recommend and would book again without hesitation.

Great flat and great location. 5 min walk to metro station with easy access to all of Vienna. Will stay here again.

Individual accommodation with charm. Well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable, large mattress, large bathtub with bubbly. If you want to watch movies/series or something, it's best to bring an adapter for the computer (HDMI comes out of the wall and is connected to the projector. Within walking distance, there is a bus and tram. (Line two we recommend because it is above ground and you can see so much). Since we arrived very early, we also got permission to plug in earlier, which we found very friendly. Unfortunately, we had problems opening the door, but after the phone call with AirBnB support, this worked out too. Overall a very positive experience. We enjoyed our time in Vienna very much.
