This is the place to stay if you love France!

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

This property was perfect and extremely comfortable! The views were peaceful and bucolic, a true French country experience. This property is with a short driving distance to areas such as Cannes, Mandelieu, Grace, St. Paul de Venice, etc. Julien could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. This beautiful home in Tourrettes-sur-Loup was a wonderful place to stay. I visited with six other adults, and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy privacy and comfort. Although the weather was a bit too chilly to use the pool, it created a serene and picturesque backyard, framed by a tall privacy hedge that added to the peaceful atmosphere. The location is a bit of a distance from the airport, and with only one rental car, Uber rides to and from Old Nice were somewhat pricey—but that was really the only downside. I truly appreciated the quiet surroundings, the sense of safety, and the overall charm of this well-built, elegant chateau. A relaxing and memorable experience.

Grasse is a city with chaotic roads but the house, once reached, is in a very peaceful location. Very spacious apartment, well furnished, clean, bright, comfortable and with ample outdoor space. Then it's not easy to find three bathrooms and two toilets at your disposal. How to be at home. Beyond our expectations. It really deserves it.

This is a truly stunning house in a beautiful setting with a spectacular view! We feel so lucky to have been able to stay here and will definitely return. The most notable thing about the house is the breathtaking view from the multiple terraces - you could spend all day admiring the the view over the bay of Beaulieu and over to Cap Ferrat at sunrise, during the day, at sunset and at night! The house itself is also beautiful, with painted walls and ceilings, 4 bedrooms and bathrooms (with an especially grand master bedroom suite, bathroom and sitting room on the top floor), a large and well equipped kitchen, 2 dining areas and another sitting room downstairs. The pool was still chilly in May but welcoming to anyone who likes a cold dip. And Jinil was very helpful and responsive. It is a steep walk down to the town of Beaulieu - lots of steps - so maybe not suitable for everyone. But it is easy to drive into town or call an Uber, or walk down and take a taxi back.

Wonderful place with a great view over Nice! The accommodation has everything you need to feel very comfortable, especially the separate kitchen in the garden is great. Would definitely go again!

We really Trully had an amazing time. The house was equipped with everything we needed.. The outside area the pool, the outdoor kitchen and bathroom the outdoor living room truly amazing. The host was incredible. She welcomed us and left us a lot of yummy food, snacks, fruits, bottles of wine and beers. Great attention to detail. Prime location. We have 1000% recommend!!

It was such a good experience it was such a beautiful and modern house with a nice view and such a relaxing living room with us super friendly family and caring with a very good location close to everything.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. Magical time to relax and appreciate the beauty of the south of France in a beautiful home

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect in every way. We were excited by the photos, and the house didn’t disappoint! Stylish inside and out. Wonderful to stay somewhere that says it caters for 10 people and truly does that: enough dinner seating, sun beds, crockery etc. Two families across 3 generations staying together for a week. Perfect layout and space for all: studio for grandparents, en-suites for all rooms, cinema room for watching England vs Spain in Euros (even if the score wasn’t to everyone’s liking…). The location is stunning, with fabulous views. Cabris is a lovely village & the restaurant recommendations were excellent. Great to be able to quickly walk into village for everything, even tennis. With a 9 year old & two teenage girls, it felt very safe to let them head off together for breakfast croissants or evening ice creams. Ian and Jacques were perfect hosts from start to finish. Thank you! We will definitely be back, hopefully even next year!

We have spent a wonderful month at Barbara’s property; as others have said the photos simply do not do this beautiful property justice. We loved every aspect, from the location and peace to the brilliant facilities. Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

Perfect, fabulous view

Perfect stay for 6 people and dogs. Close to Nice/Monaco/Cannes/Grasse/Valbonne. Host was quick to respond to minor complaints. Umbrella and vacuum cleaner was broken, new ones brought next day! Good service and friendly. Wonderful garden and swimming pool. Air conditioning was also very welcome with high temperatures during our stay!

Stephanie was a wonderful host. The house was perfect in beautiful surroundings. Very modern and it had absolutely everything we needed for us and our 8 month old baby including a high chair and multiple baby baths to choose from. We had an amazing stay at Roberto’s villa! The property is absolutely beautiful — the pool was perfect for relaxing or taking a refreshing dip. The rooms are cosy, warm, and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Roberto was also a fantastic host — welcoming, responsive, and full of great local tips. We would definitely love to come back.
