A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

We fell in love with this house set in the historical centre of the village, with its lovely garden. And with the south-facing views, you can enjoy the sunshine all day long! We must add that it's our weekend and holiday home and we wanted to make it as comfortable as possible with good quality beds. Villa Zola is located in Le Bar-Sur-Loup, a medieval eagle's nest village at the foot of beautiful Préalpes mountains. The apartment is made of 2 bedrooms + lounge kitchen + 2 bathrooms (80 m2), with an independent entry and a parking space. The apartment has access to a pool (May to October). Please note, this place is non-smoking. The owner is French/Japanese couple who are keen cyclists and the villa is equipped with a basic workshop and bike storage for the guests.
