The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

Ideally located in the countryside, halfway between Bordeaux and Arcachon Bay, you can discover the region and enjoy the outdoor amenities of the house (swimming pool, summer kitchen equipped under pergolas, swing, trampoline). The swimming pool is available from June to September. In order to maintain the water temperature, a cover is put in place every night.
