Proche des plages de La Tranche sur mer et Longeville en voiture (1/4 h), Musées de Clémenceau et de l'automobile de Vendée à proximité et le Puy du Fou à 1 heure. Convenant pour deux personnes, non adapté pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. Nécessité d'une voiture pour les commodités. Stationnement devant la maison.

Old house, eco-friendly renovation

The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). The atmosphere is soothing. A south-facing terrace overlooks the 2,000 m² garden where you can enjoy nature in peace. The house is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. In addition, the disability tourism labeling is in progress.

The cottage is close to family-friendly activities (walking near a lake, fishing, cycling, amusement parks (tree climbing and water parks, etc.), karting, the sea nearby (20 min) ideal for surfing, sailing, and the cultural richness of the Vendée. You'll love my place because of its quiet location in the countryside with its large outdoor spaces. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families.

Studio de 25m2 au RDC de notre maison de 1974 sur terrain de 5000 m2 arborés avec portail fermeture solaire + étang .Le tout au milieu des champs et de sa nature, des animaux, et qu'à 7km de la mer ( plage du Rocher 7mn en voiture) Il est commun avec nous et les locataires du 2ème studio. Sont présents sur notre terrain nos 2 petits chiens . A 1 km du cœur du village avec boulangerie, 5km des courses.
