Our stay at Kevin's place was ideal and quiet. Listing was as described. Located close to nearby beaches and major Vendee towns (La Roche sur Yon..). Kevin was easily available by phone if needed. We would recommend this listing and its host. Margaux and Sylvie.

We had a pleasant stay at Catherine's in her Renaho cottage. The very quiet neighborhood at this time of year was appreciable. The cottage has been renovated with taste and particularity and the accommodation is very well located to enjoy the area and its beaches. A short stay out of season that does you good.

Clean and functional accommodation! The description matches the actual. Large spacious rooms, modern decor, full dishes. Everything is planned for a good time. A little attention to check in. Beach bike rental the fleet with a top seller. No outdoor space on the rental itself, but a small park 50 m away with picnic tables that do the job. We had a lovely relaxing and sporty stay. Filter coffee maker available in the accommodation. Don't go your way, trust Kévin.

Very good welcome. Ideal accommodation for a quiet stay. We discovered the Vendée countryside and one of its rivers: the Yon. Perfect for cycling or walking.

We had a great time in Vincent's house: very pleasant setting facing the sea, with private access to the beach below the garden! The host can't be more responsive, I recommend it without a second thought!

We just had a very successful stay at this very pretty house in Les Portes en Ré . We were 9 adults and 2 children (ages 7 and 8). The house is arranged in a very great comfort and with high quality services. We loved cooking in its beautiful ultra-functional open space for us 11 . Lots of space to very comfortable bedrooms well equipped with bathrooms . And above all, an independent space for us parents who invite our children . Another summer dining room with gde plancha and of course the beautiful heated pool in the very pretty garden with designer furniture. Finally, the kids were able to enjoy the pétanque and the basketball court when they got home from their walks . The joy of having met as a family in this beautiful home .

Cathy, we were very well received. She gave us useful information about our arrival. She remained available when needed. The accommodation offers a plethora of useful equipment for barbecue, coffee and other. The spa was clean and functional. I recommend the house. There were 8 of us with 3 small children. PS: The garden is beautiful

The layout of the villa is perfect for multi-generation family holidays with space to come together combined with distinct bedroom zones for added privacy. Extremely well equipped kitchen. The villa has off-street parking and the garage for safe storage of bicycles is a huge bonus. We had a great stay and give 5* rating.

An idyllic setting, everything can be done very easily on foot (shopping, beach, activity...). Very well-equipped apartment, nevertheless several small things we missed during the stay (garbage bag, toilet paper, dishcloths, bathroom mat).

We had an absolutely perfect stay in Antoine's house. Everything is thought out for the comfort of the guests: the house is very well equipped, decorated with great taste and extremely clean. The location is ideal, close to everything while remaining quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The garden is a real little piece of paradise, ideal for convivial family moments around the plancha, or to relax in the jacuzzi after a busy day. A big thank you to Antoine, who is adorable, very available and accommodating: he is an exemplary host, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We were 3 adults travelling with a dog who stopped over for just one night as we travelled through France. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and the enclosed back courtyard was great for the dog. The house itself is extraordinary.. we did not have time to be involved in the games or mysteries of the Harry Pitter world but I imagine it would be absolutely wonderful for children or adults who are fans! Charming house, faithful to the description and very well located. You feel at home and you find everything you need! We really enjoyed the quiet and privacy of the garden, which is very nicely decorated. We also enjoyed all the comics and board games 😊

Very nice accommodation! We had already come, it feels at home! The house is clean and very well-equipped. The garden with its terrace is pleasant and perfectly enclosed (very nice when you have a dog). And most importantly, proximity to the beach and forest is a real plus! Alexandre is responsive and gives all the information. We recommend!!!

if you like animals, and if you're comfortable with trained dogs roaming the premises, this is an absolutely wonderful location. The little chalet is clean and supplied with all necessities, but what stands out is its location. Right in a bend of the river Lay, you're surrounded by 60 000m² of tranquil land. The only thing that might upset the tranquility is the sight of otters, sheep, horses and hundreds of birds. Very highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment with views of the harbor and with a private terrace sheltered from view. The accommodation is well-equipped and offers all the necessary comforts for a short or medium stay. I recommend it!

I highly recommend this little afternoon of peace, with a garden, a place for barbecue. Inside, 2 spacious and very nice bedrooms. American-style kitchen with a great central island. a foosball table, a large TV 📺 large sofa 🛋 fully-equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, everything to wash the floor come and spend a few days...
