Come and discover the old Plô du Roy mill dating from 1484 that we have completely renovated. Our charming village of Villeneuve-Minervois is ideally located, at the foot of the Black Mountain and only 20 minutes from Carcassonne. During certain periods, you will have the opportunity to admire the splendid Clamoux waterfall that borders the mill. Great for recharging your batteries with family or friends. Le Petit Chalet welcomes you for a peaceful stay, in the heart of our place, Le Verdet! From the terrace, a pretty view of the forest and the stream will bring you a whole range of colors throughout the seasons. Located on the edge of our vegetable garden and organic orchard, from which we process the crops. Le Petit Chalet is equipped to accommodate 2 people: double bed, living room, kitchen and shower room. Warning: no supply of sheets and towels!

In the heart of the Sidobre Valley between Montagne Noire and Monts de Lacaune, discover this peaceful retreat. Located 45 minutes from the Episcopal City of Albi and 35 minutes from Castres, you will be close to a village with all amenities (shops, leisure center, etc.) The barn has a large living room with equipped kitchen, sofa bed and large dining area.

At Federico and Pierre's: The straw house

Small 27 m2 house, perched among the trees in a quiet setting. To access it, you will need to walk on a path for 200 m up a steep hill. The house includes a living room with sofa bed, kitchen area, bedroom and bathroom with dry toilet. Breakfast not included but we offer homemade meals. Max power is 800W: check your devices before coming. We communicate exclusively via messaging/email, the phone does not get here.

Authentic and modern Martinoles cottages

You will be welcomed in the heart of nature preserved in an old sheepfold renovated into atypical accommodation. Upstairs is a large 70 m2 living room with a lounge, an equipped kitchen and a living room. Plus a toilet. On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms including a master suite, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a large naturally shaded terrace, garden furniture, plancha, and pétanque court.
