The house has been refurbished for more comfort, it is located at the foot of the quiet Black Mountain, 2 km from the center of Labruguière, 15 minutes from Mazamet and its footbridge, 1 hour from Carcassonne, 1 hour from Toulouse, 1 hour 30 minutes from the sea, 10 minutes from Castres, 40 minutes from Albi. Many hiking and mountain biking trails are accessible near the accommodation. Swimming pool on the property. Swimming in the lakes, farmers' market in summer in Castres, Mazamet. I will be delighted to inform you about your outings.

L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Ideally located near the Chemin de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle, the episcopal city of Albi and the bastides of Gaillac (50 min), the medieval city of Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi (1 hour), the pink city of Toulouse (1.5 hours) and the beaches of the Mediterranean (1 hour 50 minutes).
